@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

@VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

I called @vodafoneuk to cancel my contract. 29 mins on hold before being answered and "passing security". Then back on hold. 35 mins in "you are eligible to cancel, I'll pass you to the team". 39 mins and still on hold. I thought 3 customer services were bad!. Glad I'm off.
