    @VodafoneUK Hi there I have recently up dated my iPhone and now when on cellular network my phone is unusable. I cannot even open apps the connection is so poor even when on 4-bars on 4G

    I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

    @VodafoneUK The phones screen is unusable so I can’t do that from the phone. I’ve waited an hour in your store and handed the phone in for repair. I hope you’ll send it back to @SamsungUK and reconsider when you sell it in future. It’s four months old and I didn’t damage the phone. #ZFlip

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

    @VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time
