    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @DrRixson @VodafoneUK This was on the mobile. Some problem with a mast, despite it not saying so I Voda's website. They told me to check the internet for updates - go figure!

    2. My new provider SIM arrives, after already passing my PUK code to them, and its time to kick @VodafoneUK into touch, or so I thought...WRONG! You keep things to yourself and fail to tell departing customers that another code is needed to unlock phone

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12£ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE!     @VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time

    @VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

    @VodafoneUK been without service since Monday. I cannot make phonecalls or be contacted. This is a huge concern as I have had to inform my daughter’s school if I am needed to call my husband. You expect me to pay my bill but I am not getting a service at all ???

    Hello @VodafoneUK, I’ve played your ‘rewards’ via the app since they started and I am yet to win a single thing, at all, in that whole time. Do people actually win any of the prizes you claim that you can win? Everyone I know on Vodaphone says the same, never won anything.

    I worked with Adrian’s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?
