@VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

@VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

@SkyHelpTeam I've done that through my app it said no known issues WiFi keeps dropping out and can't even get it on the second floor eventhough I have a booster there. Never had any issues like this with @VodafoneUK

just popping in to say if you go with @virginmedia and move house to a place they don't service they will "only charge you £240!" to leave your contract. @VodafoneUK in the other hand when I last moved were just like "oh no we have no cables there! No worries bye!xo" for free.

Stay well clear of anything from @VodafoneUK, new iPhone confirmed faulty screen by Apple and in warranty but as it’s contracted to Vodafone they must authorise the replacement. Despite Apple confirmation Vodafone refuse to assist at all. ***Terrible Service***

@st7_bri @Ofcom @VodafoneUK We had the same experience with our home BB. After 2 days, 3 hours of hold, complaints, twitter DM, online chat, nothing. Then we had to ask for upgrade and the call connected immediately. You can join anytime, but you can never leave.
