    @VodafoneUK your mobile internet does not work and never has worked as long as I've noticed in EN5 Barnet area, it is extremely patchy and doesn't work in places from here all the way to North Finchley

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12£ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE!     @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

    Finished another daily routine- 30 minutes with @VodafoneUK Broadband support. They’re still asking for the same information I’ve already provided, and the issue remains unresolved 22 days after my broadband plan was upgraded and a new router was supplied. #FLT13589883
