@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

@VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?

@virginmedia I can get tweets out just, loading a webpage, no chance. @VodafoneUK is absolutely hopeless round here. Heart of Greater Manchester, no 4g signal no fibre broadband, It’s the dark ages. We are just stuck with your “services”. Just added 10% on our bill too. Woeful.
