    Incredibly frustrating customer service experience with @VodafoneUK London Victoria. Upgraded phone yesterday over the phone, was told that it would be waiting for me in store today.... apparently It’s not available. The phone is in stock in store, but 1/2

    @VodafoneUK any chance you can sort the internet out? Phone call after phone call my poor husband has to make after work... working from home and a yr7 kid TRYING to do homeschool, give me what i pay for "Fast Unlimited Broadband" even my phone is running so slow in its wifi!!!

    What an absolute joke @VodafoneUK is! No broadband for almost 2 months - since 2am Xmas day - yet I’m still being made to pay for it! Waiting on the 3rd engineer visit... cannot wait to cancel! Over 7 years a customer - never again!

    @speedy_fandango @VodafoneUK That's exactly the same as me but I've been complaining for 2 months my speed now worse than it was before drops in and out every 5-minutes every time you call and complain you go through the same tests over again I feel like an engineer never mind a customer they should pay me
