Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD.
