@VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

@VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

@VodafoneUK your mobile internet does not work and never has worked as long as I've noticed in EN5 Barnet area, it is extremely patchy and doesn't work in places from here all the way to North Finchley

@VodafoneUK I have tried everything. Spent hours with your helpdesk. They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Vodafone needs to upgrade their masts

@VodafoneUK there is no mobile network coverage in the area around Hyde Park Corner in London. It’s been like that for the past month or so: every time I get nearby the mobile internet doesn’t work. Is a tower down or something??

@Angus_Duncan @tartanterrior I did think 5G was pretty rubbish in town - but I put that down to my notwork provider, who saw fit to charge me £51 for 15 minutes to a toll free number in 🇨🇦 and then stop my account without telling me as I was over a credit limit I didn’t know about! Apparently it’s up to me to tell the debt collecting agency to ask them to stop bombarding me with messages etc…..which I have now done three times. Hence why I’ve asked @VodafoneUK to step in! A situation they caused but won’t fix. Zero customer care for £180pm
