    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @SamyHeath1993 @VodafoneUK I hate that it happens here in Australia aswel even when you call customer service they put you though to overseas I had problems with optus 2 weeks ago they kept saying there is NBN (internet service) at the property just plug your modem in the phone socket when there wasn't one

    @SamyHeath1993 @VodafoneUK I had the same problem with optus I was getting angry cause they wasn't listening to me when I keep telling them there is no phone line socket in the house they said there is internet there just plug in the modem to the phone socket there is none and they said hire a private tech

    @VodafoneUK I wanted to change 2 phones, extend data on the 3rd contract and reinstate the lost NHS discounts but I lost faith in the time waiting to get through only to find the agent couldn’t help me and gave me incorrect instructions to go forward

    @VodafoneUK having huge issues with my fibre. I’ve been told there is a fault and your tech 2 team will call me but 2 days later and no call! Working from home and struggling. I’m a new customer and this is unimpressive.

    @VOXI_UK As one your customers, I am extremely frustrated as you have no dedicated app. Everytime I log into the account on the website, it asks for a OTP passcode. A company as large @VodafoneUK can surely create a app. In doing so this would improve the customer experience.
