Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone

@VodafoneUK Same problem as I have had several times before. So many times now that I can do type the troubleshooting commands from memory. DSL up but PPPoE authentication fails. PADI being sent but no response.
