@VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

2.5 hours on a call w/ @VodafoneUK to try and stay with them. The customer support rep was amazing but it's too painful. Sorry for the AT THE COMPANY tweet but I'm so frustrated - all I wanted was to stay with them. WAY easier to switch. Shout-out to Andrew!
