@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

@VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie. No answer when I called, so I used the broadband troubleshooting in your app - that ascertained there was a fault and gave me the fault ID previously mentioned. But I've heard nothing more since and the service has got worse.
