The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK iPhone SE (not 2020). Turned network selection automatic to off. Selected VF manually. Restarted phone. Signal level still way lower than normal. Usually get full signal even inside. Also got work phone and that’s the same.

Dear @VodafoneUK dreadful customer service for my dad who has alzheimer's and been charged for a phone contract he cannot use costing £6-800. Plus paying for an insurance contract of £4.99 a month. Have spent 4+hrs trying to sort. (1of2) @moneytelegraph @MartinSLewis
