    @VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

It's a joke, but I can't laugh.

    @ScouseGoth @VodafoneUK @Ofcom They've also reintroduced credit checks for upgrades. Lots of people have failed, seems a bit silly to lose customers. I passed when I checked, but then failed a paypal credit the next day 🤔 odd as its never happened before.

    @VodafoneUK Called 2 or 3 times nothing substantial offered, outright refused to give the offer which was for new customers only. Tbh I've been telling her to shop around for years but she said you were the best network. This was the last straw and she's left now. 20 years is a long time.
