Kartikay Maloo (@maloo_kartikay) reported@ViCustomerCare As you guys have not provided me with any solution and my dad is struggling there, I have submitted a consumer complaint with the reference number 9639843. @VodafoneUK
-
Paul da Rita (@Paul_da_Rita) reported@techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!
-
AnniHawk (@AnniHawk) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.
-
D DeCort (@d_decort84910) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are awful, they wanted £5 from my mums last bill, kept sending threatening letters. Awful company.
-
SJ (@doctordolla4) reportedI have been a customer with Vodafone business for 8 years. I requested my PAC code to leave because their customer service has been awful yet they continue to try and upsell me. Terrible company. @vodafone @VodafoneUK
-
C.HitchensIsGod (@YouCanThink123) reported@Ofcom @VodafoneUK have done the exact same sort of thing to me. It took me about 2 years and around 20-30 calls to cancel
-
GLJ (@garethlj1) reportedI can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK
-
Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
-
TheNeutralGuy (@masterchiefPK) reportedExtremely poor service by @VodafoneUK for international travelers. For frequent travelers like myself I often buy data eSIMs for myself and family however I was left stranded when my Ireland eSIM stopped working in Scotland. Customer service points me to read fine print. Jokers
