    What is the problem with @VodafoneUK in Seaham (SR7). Not getting 4G all the time and my WiFi has been absolute bollocks for weeks now. So much for super fast. 🙄

    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    God @VodafoneUK customer service really is dreadful. Nobody available to speak to on the phone so they direct you to online chat who have no operators available to speak to you. Just awful. Perhaps it’s time to use some of that marketing budget on staff

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately the issues are ongoing and have not been resolved. Therefore I wish to make an official complaint and I believe it's customer services that I'd need to speak to. I have tried speaking in store. I have tried online and I have tried via telephone.
