    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Happy to continue to use Vodafone but upgrade is much cheaper with Carfone Warehouse. If you cancel the existing sim arrangement you retain this customer for 2 years. If not You will definitely lose me in 7 months. Isn’t it best to retain an existing customer.

    @VodafoneUK Gave up with Vadafone a couple of months back and went with Sky. Still no signal - but customer service and apps much better and I now only pay £8 a month not £16. SIM free phone direct from Samsung and they give you good trade in.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Dean. My mother has a form of dementia that messes with her visual processing- can’t use a phone, tablet, computer any more; can’t see the keys or icons even where the device actually is. So that isn’t going to help us.

    @VodafoneUK can’t upgrade due to your VEO discount being online only. Been told to keep trying but I keep getting the error message. No one can help because it’s purely online and no one has access to it. So it’s a self governed site? Have you developed AI?! Needs sorting!

    @VodafoneUK. Need to upgrade to a new phone. Called Vodafone to make sure you will cancel my existing sim-only arrangement and allow me to move to a new 2 year Vodafone contract with the new phone. Apparantly NO. I have to continue the old contact in addition to new one. Shocking
