@VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

@sharonsmith40 @VodafoneUK I had exactly the same problem! In the end I had to visit two local stores (the first of which were so rude I walked!) just to be able to get to speak to a customer advisor! I also kept getting cut off from web chat. I’ve never experienced such bad cus serv!

Day 20 and still @VodafoneUK haven't managed to do the sim swap on my son's phone. Also need to send your staff at your Bradford Broadway shop on a customer relations course. More interested in selling than sorting issues.
