@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone

Very useful service (which shouldn’t cost much) being cancelled with no notice just as we are beginning to move around again? Terrible customer experience degredation. @VodafoneUK been using service for more than 40 years, phoned last week to get an upgrade and no phones turn up! Ring today and a problem with sorting the credit because at some point vodaphone have changed our account to a soletrader. Terrible service wouldn’t use them again!!

@VodafoneUK Signed up to Vodafone broadband over a month ago, every week Vodafone came out with excuses as to why my internet isn’t activated.. 2 days ago I got told open reach cancelled my order and got hung up on. Appalling customer service and ridiculous company..
