@VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

So, husband joins @VodafoneUK on my recommendation. As a new customer gets a top of range phone for £21 a month. I ring up to see if I can get same phone (been a customer since I was about 16) - told absolute minimum I can have it is £40/month. So much for being a loyal customer!

Hate to be a bore @VodafoneUK but your service has degraded even further this week. Close to Piccadilly Circus and we have 2 bars on my iPad at 4G and my iPhone is 3 bars on 3G. There is something clearly wrong with your network. Central London has been like this for a month.
