I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.
