@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

5. Out of frustration I went on the @VodafoneUK website to make a complaint. No surprises I got a Bot who told me to cancel a contract I should call 191 🤬 After this message from the Bot I typed ‘Your Company is terrible’ into the chat and a miracle occurred.

If you are looking to cancel a contract with @VodafoneUK My contract expired 14 months ago so should have been simple, it was for an unused tablet: 1. Their shops are happy to upsell / upgrade but do not have the capability to cancel contracts. They will tell you to call 191.

@Sederrick @VodafoneUK I actually cried over this. The thing is it was only £12 a month but if I didn’t actually have the money it would have been so much more stressful. It’s an appalling way to treat customers.
