@VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

Hello @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp - we've been waiting one month and one day for our broadband to be installed. Openreach have promised us/Vodafone that they'll send an engineer on at least 3 occasions and we've had no engineers nor reasons for their absence. Please help.

Cursing myself for getting an @EE contract. In rural Germany there is absolutely ZERO coverage. ZERO. Don’t even THINK of going with EE if you travel much in Europe. Don’t think I’ve EVER had such **** service with other providers @VodafoneUK @Telekom_group

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I contacted the help line beginning of July asking them to review and cancel the acc but have had no resolution and VF have taken another months money out of the acc. VF Ac no 7023304045 for £37.58 Last payment 29th July 2021. April 2018 was the date I requested acc to be closed
