    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK i find it absolutely astonishing that there's a global pandemic and you once again stolen money out of my bank account which is ยฃ27 and tgat is a 3rd of this weeks rent bang out of order you have now lost a customer

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK The Macro features on the 48 MP Quad Bayer PD telephoto camera on the Pro model as I'm interested in Life Sciences and take photos of arthropods for ID (well, attempt to at this time). Support until Oct 2028 is quite appealing to as industry support times are short.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent over 3 hours on webchat with your company, sat with my 78yr old mum trying to change her contract. You've had system issues so neither time has it worked. I need someone t call her and make it work

    @VodafoneUK you are the worst firm in the world to deal with. I have been trying to complete a Transfer of ownership for 5 days. I've spoken to 7 vodafone employees and each one has failed to do anything, except lie to me. They are an absolute disgrace.

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I cancelled a mobile broadband account in June. Iโ€™ve since had 3 letters threatening debt recovery against me.. been trying to sort it for 6 weeks now. just spent 10 mins on holdโ€ฆ poor service #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK broadband currently down, router is connected however red flashing light for internet. Can never get an option to actually speak to a customer service advisor on the phone!!!!!
