@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK I was doing a satellite uplink in London and supplying 5G for a bit of internet in to a venue. I tested EE @ 65Mbps down then I tested Voda, it was 250Mbps down 78Mbps up all day long !! - amazed and impressed

@VodafoneUK I don’t think it’s possible to turn this into positive experience I’ve been through this situation once already it’s extremely stressful,I have to go through it all again phone is disconnected meaning I’m not able to contact anyone in an emergency so well done Vodafone 👍🏼👍🏼
