    @VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm 😭😭

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK As a London resident, WiFi on the tube is an essential part of a phone contract, goes without saying I will be moving to another provider. I presume there will be no early termination fees considering you have not informed me and broken the contract?

    @VodafoneUK Hi - the mobile network has been down for over 5 days in our area. We’re not able to get an updated estimate of when it will be fixed and no indication of any progress. We’re working from home and have had to buy data from another provider because of this issue.

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungHelpUK Hi, I did a software update on A02s but mobile data stops at random intervals, I have to switch airline mode on then off, phone shows 4G signal, but apps don't load and Internet times out. I've updated all my apps too, any ideas how to resolve please?

    If @VodafoneUK know there is an issue with the Wifi in our area and have discovered that it is constantly disconnecting from the server, why are we still being expected to pay for it?! We're literally paying for internet we can't use? They never offer any reimbursement!!

    @VodafoneUK So I called up to buy a Pixel 5 yesterday, the lady on phone said there was a problem with my card and it didn't go through. I just checked my statement and now have two charges from Vodafone, are you going to send me the phones then?
