    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm 😭😭

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @SusanHa85471577 @VodafoneUK Same for me. It only started yesterday and I put it down to poor signal as I was on a train. But stll continuing now I'm in a building with good 4G signal. Everything else working fine until I select VeryMe and just get a white screen. App has latest updates and I've reset app!

    @VodafoneUK assured me credit on my account for loss of service Now the issue looks to be resolved (for now) they have back tracked I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't provided

    @The_RichT @VodafoneUK Don't you love it when it's the customer that has to fix it by default when it's a problem at their end and there's no visible dashboard the advisors look at for 1st line diagnosis.

    @VodafoneUK No. I’ve spoken with customer services for hours on end numerous times and the issue is still not resolved. I’m sick of being palmed off and passed from pillar to post. I’d advise anyone to AVOID @VodafoneUK
