    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    Hi @VodafoneUK - signed up to superfast 2 broadband. Activation date 9/12 but nothing happened. Cannot login to account as the text sent with security code by you is blank. Yesterday get a text saying an engineer is coming on 30/12 - why? 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I have been using vodafone and other carriers for many years with no issues. I have spent many hours with customer service on chat, call and in person and no decent solution has been given. Their response is as i didnt buy it from them, they cant do anything.

    @VodafoneUK Ive been through every possible troubleshooting, I am done. You’re going to do the same thing every other representative did and i dont have the patience for this anymore. Ive been doing this for a whole week now. If you dont have a better solution dont waste my time.

    @VodafoneUK problems with broadband, had the same account for 2.5years. After 1.5hrs crawling around moving wires from modem all your man can suggest is paying a few pounds more each month for ‘guaranteed wifi and booster points’ yet for 2.5 years the broadband has been fine.

    @VodafoneUK Not sure if this is an issue but under "SIM Name" in SIM settings, it says SIM name is Vodafone, carrier is Vodafone but my number isn't displayed under "Number" . It just says Unknown.

    @VodafoneUK trying to log a fault with my broadband, an automated message telling me you have checked and its fine when it quite clearly isn't doesn't quite work for me. 4th outage in a week not happy customer.. and telling me the useful links I can try online when no broadband
