    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm 😭😭

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK @ShieldVoC this is the worst company ever.I even have an official complaint in with someone monitoring my case...I still cannot get internet after multiple attempts. Everyone lies or doesn't do what's necessary. No point DM you stop responding. I am a key worker.

    @VodafoneUK They have been calling and have not received a solution to this, ive been on twitter today as one of my friends phone now won't dial out or send texts. It's a shame as was thinking about joining the network, but to be charged for a phone and contract you don't have is shamefull

    @VodafoneUK Why do vodafone provide such a poor level of service when it comes to providing a Network Unlock Code? I understand the 10 days due to contacting the manufacturer. But after that it's like getting blood from stone just getting any help with it

    @VodafoneUK just recieved a message that you are cutting sure signal. I hope you realise you can't send texts with WiFi calling and also you have to put your phone in flight mode for it to work. Wish we hadn't renewed now.
