    @VodafoneUK Worst service ever! Can't get signal in N16 6 area. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Paying loads of money every month and I can't speak with my wife or send a message. Send someone to just walk around my area. Kyverdale, Cazenove and Alkham Road. #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

    @VodafoneUK I spent more than hour on your chat service trying to stop you delivering a phone to an old address that I DID NOT enter when upgrading, was told it was changed and you STILL try to deliver to the old address. What is wrong with your customer service?

    @VodafoneUK clearly you have a problem with delivering orders at the moment. Only response I get is to check something that has said it's not dispatched for the last week. Am I better cancelling and going elsewhere? I've got my pac code.

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

    @VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

    @VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

    @VodafoneUK Wow, so so bad. Went to start work this morning - no Internet, seems someone has cancelled my BB - not me - but no info of who or how - regardless of me still being in contract and having paid for it. Been told it's 2 weeks to re-provision. Awful service, awful.

    @VodafoneUK Can you please clarify how gigacube would resolve my problem? I have broadband but no phone signal. I already use WiFi calling, but have been told by your colleagues that SMS over WiFi isn't supported for my phone. Does the gigacube provide a mobile signal where there isn't one?

    @pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK @stevelitchfield Try forcing the phone into 4G mode? Could be getting a lousy 5G signal ... I'm guessing, as I've tended to be fairly lucky with signal.
