    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

    I've had broadband with @VodafoneUK since September - it's the first time I've used VF for anything. They have the most confusing billing and charges, and the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I want out, but there's no way. It's shocking how bad it is.

    @VodafoneUK Over the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed my data dropping several times a day. Usually around 3pm and 5pm though does happen around the hour mark in the morning as well. Rebooted phone, reset network settings. Is there something else going on?

    @VodafoneUK just like to warn people of a Vodafone scam I upgraded my phone but I wasn’t aware I had or was told to cancel the insurance on my old phone and so I assumed my old contract had ended I assumed the insurance also ended. No not according to Vodafone you have cancel it

    'Noon @VodafoneUK , our broadband has recently been cutting out, at least once per day; the line this end is new, and this has only become a problem since the upgrade from superfast 1 to 2 (30ish to 70ish mb/s), could this be looked in to ?
