    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

    @markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

    It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

    @VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

    @VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I already contact and was told I had to pay a termination fee as I got the sim only contract out for my dad, while he was in a care home. I think its awful I have to pay. I have the death certificate but it seems it makes no difference!!

    @GaryHospEx @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK have always ripped off their customers when overseas. I remember fighting them for a refund of over £200 data usage because I turned my phone on with data roaming off when I was in the USA I will never use them again ever
