So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

@VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Hey, @VodafoneUK your hold music is painful. Every time the voice interrupts to tell me you're really busy, it jumps to a random place in one of the three songs you have on a loop. Also one of the songs features a terrible simile - you turn me on like a light switch.

@VodafoneUK @Ceaseless19 @VodafoneUK I spoke to support on Friday morning, was fobbed off with an “it’ll fix itself later”, then spent another nearly 24 hours waiting for a broadband agent to contact me. Since Saturday I’ve heard *nothing* and STILL can’t work! There is clearly a network routing issue.
