    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can solve my complaint and prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom is this something I should be complaining to you about. @VodafoneUK solution is to repeat the same process for a third time knowing and expecting a different result. Not sure how to take this further but I believe it needs addressing.

    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK why is your customer service so bad? I've now spent an hour on hold today - was told by a chat advisor to call back at 3 as "would be quieter" and is even busier. All I need to do is sort a home move, I can't understand why this can't be done by email or chat.

    @VodafoneUK how do you buy extra data on payg when you've already had extra before? Vodaphone is terrible for data as it is but I've got to buy a terrible offer for a silly amount now to get data that will last 5 minutes

    @VodafoneUK Well Vodafone this week have shown how not to do customer service. They should bring out a video in the style of the old John Cleese films of how you shouldn’t do things. Their inability to change a battery and deliver a phone has been breathtaking I am still without all phones

    @VodafoneUK When I got home from work this morning it was back on, I appreciate it is something you don't like hear but basically I'm fed up of it now, never had some many issue's with my broadband going off, I have been with previous ones and at the most it went off was twice in 18 months!!
