    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

    @ThreeUKSupport over the last few months every morning I have noticed issues with the data in my area...the minute I leave my house...nothing..nothing till I get in to town which is a good 15 min walk away....

    @ThreeUKSupport @daniel_lc123 You don't though! I was a loyal customer but realised three is a bout gimicks that keep changing and getting worse... Remember the loyalty scheme, free roaming, the one plan? All gimicks and taken away. Try @02 and if you get friends to join you get upto 50% off.
