Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Do you know the pay as you go phone line doesn't work? It asks you to talk to a person or press 2 to continue with the top up but when you press 2 it takes you back to the main menu! You go around in circles and can never get to top up!
