    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

    @ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

    @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a ‘Number not recognised’ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

    @ThreeUKSupport You support guys need to start taking a moral stance; tell your employers you're not going to keep lying to customers about outages that exist but which you're unaware of or otherwise not allowed to disclose. It's a sickening, disgusting way to treat people @ofcom

    Absurd & appalling from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. Badgered to upgrade a month out from end of contract, did for an S21, showed in stock last Tuesday for delivery Fri, never arrived, email said delivery 8th Dec which had already passed. Turns out phone was never in stock.

    @ThreeUK what an appalling experience. I wanted to cancel (not move) my mobile broadband 3 number. I did it through the website. But incredibly, there's a magic 2nd step needed, which is not communicated, which is needed. And now they want me to pay for an extra month!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it shows on my bill. I've disputed it last month and was told that it would be stopped but no, again its been taken. The only way i can think of stopping this is to cancel my contract with 3
