    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The WORST customer service. Long standing customers. Huawei mobile router with 2yrs warranty from 3, broken. Huawei have given Auth for 3 to replace. And 3 won't do it and tell me I had take up with OFCOM!

    @ThreeUKSupport Twitter support can’t do anything. Online chat support is barely available and took so long I had to abandon it the first time. So now I can’t access any of my bills. I suspect this happened when my account was automatically changed to a new plan.
