  • rahelab
Rahel Bailie takes content operations seriously (@rahelab) reported from Camberwell, England

Hey, @ThreeUK why are you sending me a message saying that you will charge my account in an hour for roaming WHEN I AM BACK IN THE UK?? Such bad UX...do I need to call you to cancel? Because the link doesn't lead anywhere useful!!!!!!!!

  • desouzadennis1
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Ilford, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage. But come n see urself

  • markariyan125
🇬🇧🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@markariyan125) reported from Lewisham, England

@ThreeUK I'm a ThreeUK customer and DIDN'T receive the alert.

  • rarerafs
𝒜𝑀𝐼𝐿𝐿𝐼 (@rarerafs) reported from Eltham, England

The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like they’re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

  • X3roHero
Lorenzo Battilocchi (@X3roHero) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

My experience of @ThreeUKSupport has been terrible. A call centre in India picks up my calls. The customer service operatives do not know the areas in London where I have no network coverage. They ask for post codes which is nonsense really. Overall terrible experience.

  • karlea45
karen (@karlea45) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport whenever I phone three they do not help. Taking my money all the time

  • Edmund_Tallack
Edmund Tallack (@Edmund_Tallack) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport After refusing a reduced fee due to poor service (an admission that whatever I was paying for I wasn’t getting) I declined and insisted that the 5g internet is unreliable and inconsistent and was referred to a technical specialist. Still the problems remain.

  • TerryMillsMD
Terence Mills (@TerryMillsMD) reported from Bromley, England

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’ve had no 3G / 4g all day, what’s the issue?

  • River_LondonSE
南東ロンドンに住む自由人 (@River_LondonSE) reported from Camberwell, England

Hi @ThreeUK, someone seems to have opened an account using my company’s name and address. I have just received a confirmation letter of the Direct Debit set-up. Could you help? I can’t get through to your customer service!

  • Ranger777Thames
Thames Ranger777 (@Ranger777Thames) reported from Camberwell, England

@BillcabbyCutts @ThreeUK It’s terrible! They had to reimburse my partner. She was charged for devices she didn’t have £1600!!!! Defo changing companies after this

  • JRJUK
JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport can't seem to log into the 3 app or onto the MyThree section of the website. Yet again you've turned on content controls on my account and I can't even fix it this time...

  • PanxoSmart
PanxoSmart (@PanxoSmart) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

  • TellerMarie
⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England

@ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

  • CordonSamsey
Samantha Kennedy (@CordonSamsey) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUK your live chat service makes want to chew my own arm off and slap myself with it. A carrier pigeon would prove far more entertaining and fruitful. Meh.

  • KeronProverbs
Keron Proverbs (@KeronProverbs) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support

  • granty3333
Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from Bromley, England

Quite unbelievably bad customer service from @ThreeUK tonight .. I’ve been a customer , a big customer to the tune of £1000s over at least 15 years and because I can’t remember one word , They can’t verify me ! Disgraceful

  • bbmason
Ben Mason (@bbmason) reported from Stone, England

@LynnyWhitehead @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Well, it seems they don't even feel the need to reply, or to answer my messages on their support portal, or to answer the phone to me. So, almost certainly time to switch!

  • JRJUK
JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport And as I thought my issues haven't been solved because the person in your contact centre couldn't understand what I was asking...

  • MarkChappe93649
    Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported

@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

  • AntonyAttree
    Antony Attree ☘️ (@AntonyAttree) reported

@ThreeUK can you please explain to me why in the last few weeks your network coverage has become so bad in the BS26 area?? Struggling to send & receive calls & messages, internet is non existent! I have to walk to areas to find signal? What’s goin on

  • stevejh1973
    Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported

@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

  • MrPippy
    Pip (@MrPippy) reported

@ThreeUK are your Complaints Team okay? Might want to check in on them. I have specifically asked to keep all correspondence regarding a complaint in writing. They have been harassing me daily with multiple calls but despite reminding them I expect written comms, they still call.

  • 4ston420
    Aston (@4ston420) reported

@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Bro three playing games with our signal too much now days... They should be paying us to stay with them.

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
