    @ThreeUKSupport Doesn't work on the Northern Line between Borough and Archway - no idea beyond that. Been working fine for years and stopped mid last week.

    @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal

    Quite unbelievably bad customer service from @ThreeUK tonight .. I’ve been a customer , a big customer to the tune of £1000s over at least 15 years and because I can’t remember one word , They can’t verify me ! Disgraceful

    @ThreeUKSupport @cycleoptic Was working okay last night and this morning, but has gone down again in the last 10 minutes. Rebooted router.. still an issue. Can the technicians do whatever they've done before, again please?

    @ThreeUKSupport 3.2mgps when you have informed me our home-fi issues have been resolved Not true service is useless as is the product, it is not fit for purpose Now instead of enjoying cycling on Eurosport I will be wasting more time on the phone to your tech department

    Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

    @threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.
