Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Swanley and nearby locations:

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUK It would be nice if you could fix your shambles of a 4g connection before crowing about having the best 5g.

  • justifyles Justin Fyles (@justifyles) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport E8 goes in and out, and whenever I am near tall buildings, the signal also goes in and out :(

  • wenjietourism Dr Wenjie Cai (@wenjietourism) reported from Bromley, England

@ThreeUK customer relations team is absolutely shameless! Firstly, full of lies. Secondly, none of promises were made. And third, they cannot even remember how much they agreed to compensate their customers! What a bunch of jokers! #DonotUseThree #WorstCustomerService

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

  • bumpiegin Hayley Dulson-Hughes (@bumpiegin) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Had to hang up after waiting for 15 mins

  • devils50 Simon Devlin (@devils50) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. And then said it would sort itself out in a couple of hours. It hasn’t. Poor service

  • BobCratchitt Andee Byford (@BobCratchitt) reported from City of London, England

@acameron78 @ThreeUKSupport I had the same issue in Mexico two weeks back. I am interested in why.

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • StevenHilleard steven hilleard (@StevenHilleard) reported from Bromley, England

@M3lanieJC @ThreeUK EE isn’t great either, lose my signal all the time

  • tobeconfirmed Ramzi Yakob (@tobeconfirmed) reported from Bromley, England

@jopkins @ThreeUK Yes. Doing planned network improvement today according to network status checker on the website.

  • wenjietourism Dr Wenjie Cai (@wenjietourism) reported from Bromley, England

@ThreeUK customer relations team are absolutely shameless! Firstly, full of lies. Secondly, none of promises were made. And third, they cannot even remember how much they agreed to compensate their customers! What a bunch of jokes! #DonotUseThree #WorstCustomerService

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport The thing is. I can handle a short period of poor service if you guys were honest and upfront about the whole situation from the start rather than trying to convince everyone it’s their device that’s at fault and denying there is a citywide problem.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport @sarahwitzke Total and utter rubbish. When will you stop lying to people and fess up that 4g is broken in London. Stop making people think it’s their fault. Will you never learn!!! 😡

  • NeilEvansRocks Neil A.Evans (@NeilEvansRocks) reported from Camberwell, England

@8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

  • glosuk68 glosuk68 (@glosuk68) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport This number on your network is being used by accident claims spammers: 07462 074761.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t even begin to know how many times you have asked me this. Please stop with the innocent act. You guys know the network is broken in central London.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@SatanicTaxi @Three_Is_Broken @keplerniko @ThreeUK I guess we probably need to submit a mass complaint to @Ofcom not that they really have any power anyway.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@keplerniko @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I live in E1 and work in central London and the city and the 4g signal has been on a steady decline for al least 6 months. Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Beth_Sells At least your actually admitting it’s a problem which is a departure from the denial/surprised responses you’ve been giving us all until this point. Perhaps a further explanation of what’s going on would go some way to appeasing your most loyal customers @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • tobeconfirmed Ramzi Yakob (@tobeconfirmed) reported from Bromley, England

@jopkins @ThreeUK Id already checked today because my signal has dropped off a cliff too

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CarterCarter Chris (@CarterCarter) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Aaah! idmobile could provide this level of service for free and I still wouldn't want it. I want a service that *works*, and I don't intend paying for one that doesn't for much longer.

  • c_h_pugh Christopher Pugh (@c_h_pugh) reported

@1pMobile I was considering transfer to @ThreeUK because my @O2 signal unreliable. Until 16 Feb. 2021 Three's rate was 3p per minute. A more than threefold increase to 10p is being repeated at the new level of 35p. Thanks for warning me. I think I may transfer to you when credit runs out

  • 365dyl djw (@365dyl) reported

@ThreeUK A few months ago, we experienced a complete drop-out (two weeks) of 5g Broadband signal, and unnecessarily had our 5G router replaced (by a lower spec device) Your colleagues agreed to cancelling our contract, although two months later I’m still being charged. Help

  • UKtodayUK Real Mike ©️ (@UKtodayUK) reported

I really wish I'd never moved from @O2GuildhallS to @ThreeUK

  • dawnypopssquad 💧 AtT | Dawnypops 💧 (@dawnypopssquad) reported

@ThreeUKSupport as I stated in my dm to you which nobody has answered yet as I started work I will be phoning you when I finish work at 11pm to sort out the mess and stress you guys have put me under now and to get my emergency phone contract cancelled

  • nat_1983 Natalie Booth (@nat_1983) reported

Hi @ThreeUK on my app it says I can upgrade my phone from 12th of July (34 days) but I think my current device is in its geriatric phase as the battery is poor & often requires 2/3 charges a day. Is there any chance of an upgrade before the July date? Cheers 👍

  • Jc9393 Josh (@Jc9393) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If I’m unable to pay my bill because your systems are down will i still be cut off?

  • dawnypopssquad 💧 AtT | Dawnypops 💧 (@dawnypopssquad) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @FrAdrianArnold I have had a unauthorised upgrade done on my account and I find out by a letter in the post I want answers and trying to cancel my contract now and I have disabilities so @ThreeUKSupport you better have some answers for me

  • alanhoward73 Alan Howard (@alanhoward73) reported
