    So the good thing is that despite webchat and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK being dreadful they have just sent an automated text as to when my contract ends. If ever there was a hint to move service provider, that was it.

    @ThreeUK I am having the worst data connection around the Thornton Heath area, I never was like this but for the past 48 hours is getting worse even if I’m in the middle of the road or high street. I am not able to connect & yes everything is working fine. Very poor connection.

    I've done it - after years of being on the @ThreeUK network I've just ordered a SIM from @EcotalkMobile and will port my number as soon as it arrives. Cheaper than my old Three tariff, good for the environment, and the data speeds can't be any worse than Three!

    @ThreeUKSupport The CR2 postcode covers quite a large area. Where I am, the coverage map says 4G is available when in fact it is not and never has been. Your map is misleading at best.

    @BirminghamKav @virginmedia @ThreeUK Thanks Paul. I lodged a complaint and was transferred to a Manager. She said she could put to another team for a better offer but first have to mark my complaint as resolved! I refused. Trying to now find an email address for Virgin to complain but impossible!

    @mattsno1girl @virginmedia ...called me with deals that I would have taken if they had treated me, a customer of perhaps 20 years like they would a new one. I'd already arranged a better service. We now have a 5G Three hub, no wires. @ThreeUK is fabulous. During the day we get 140MB/s....

    As I patiently wait for @ThreeUK to allow my tweet to squeeze through with a full 4G signal, my holidays are creeping closer. What's everyone's thoughts on @O2 or @Virgin. After 8 years of not paying for roaming I've no interest in starting to pay again!

    @itsnoel @ThreeUKSupport The 3 signal in and around all of Sheffield is terrible. Data is great when you get 5G but if the phone is on 4G its pretty much non existent. Been like that for a while now.
