Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

I remember O2 being so bad (wrongly retaining credit card expiry dates as a marketing tool) I swore never to go back and Vodafone wouldn't let me cancel a verbal contract verbally but wanted it in writing.

@ThreeUK I require my refund from almost a year ago I’m still a customer my last contract ended with a credit amount due back to me that three has decided to steal and not return it’s disgusting lack of services from the call centres in India they send you though to 0 help not resolved
