    @ThreeUKSupport I got in touch with you to cancel. It was a sim only deal that was just running month to month. You agreed and notified me the contract had been terminated by post. I cancelled the direct debit. The number wasn't taken anywhere just closed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. I always keep direct debits open when I receive cancellation confirmations. It helps when companies want to take more money from you........ No I didn't. And no, everything was paid up. The final payment was sorted. Your end just can't get sort it's **** out. 🙄
