    @ThreeUK you are literally the most incompetent mobile network. I returned a home signal box to you on Dec 18th, have provided proof of this TWICE by email and you have still sent me a bill for £75. This is the second time your Norwich centre have lost a returned signal box

    Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 11 Pro Max and my husband is the iPhone X max. Both of them with the same problem. Cmon, I’m regretting to made that contract with you guys!

    @briwen72 @SurbitonMoan @ThreeUKSupport Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

    @ThreeUK are literally the best network provider! I ran up a huge bill calling the USA not realising it wasn't part of my allowance and they have refunded me the full amount for being a loyal customer. I highly recommend them! 🤩 #loyaly #three #bestnetwork #wouldneverleave

    @ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

    @wakky662 @ThreeUK O2 has been pretty stable for me (I have to use when my Three connection is down, such as now) though will likely change as they've in bed with filthy trash Virgin these days :-/
