    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, 3G works fine if you switch off 4G first. It’s more that the signal doesn’t switch over from 4G to 3G correctly. It just stops working dead as you reach the station, booting you out of your phone call or data connection. It happened again just now.

    For some stupid reason I switched back to @ThreeUK last year. God, why did I forget. It has to be the worst service of any network in the UK. Every single day I find my self trying to find the network, turning my phone on and off. Last week I even had to replace the SIM!!

    Great service at @OliverSweeney on Conduit Street today. Exchanged the shoes I bought that had been rubbing without question. Went out of their way to find me a pair at another store and bring them over for me me to pick up. Such a contrast to @ThreeUK

    .@ThreeUK customer service is so bad that after me waiting patiently for 5 months for a refund from them, they decide to send my account to debt collectors. During a pandemic too! This is after I’ve spent 6 hrs on calls and live chat, spoken to 8 people and had 3 hang up on me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi guys, you’re doing upgrade work in my vicinity (NP7) and we’ve got no signal. This is all fine, and I wonder if you have a timescale for when you think it might be coming back online? Signal is an essential backup for video conferencing work when WiFi drops out

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had no working wifi in N19 since midday yesterday. Throughout most of yesterday and this morning so far network status said down due to maintenance, however the status page is now saying no issues with the postcode but we still have no internet. Any update?

    @ThreeUKSupport Our three 5G broadband routes stopped working, restarted it several times and reset several times but still not working. The 5g light is off, can you please explain what the reason could be? We are working from home so internet is extremely important
