Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

@ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

Are you just screwed if you’re on 4G with @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport now? For over a month I’ve been all over Brighton and to London and even with full bars my data doesn’t work. Just spent a week in France with absolutely no issues, back in the U.K. I can’t use my data again.

@ThreeUKSupport I did, they said the areas I was in were having issues. And credited me £10 towards my bill for a week of downtime. This wasn’t applied to this months bill as promised and I’m still having issues.
