A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.

Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network.
