Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

@ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes and I returned it but never got given a receipt, only smaller post offices do receipts, the main sorting office doesn't and I'm fuming. However, the Wellness team are now fully investigating because it's alot of money to lose.

@katebevan @ThreeUK I'm still salty about it so I've looked it up - worldsim worked well for a week in South Africa in '19, but then top-ups stopped applying and their support was worse than useless. So try and find someone who isn't them.

@katebevan @ThreeUK I ditched O2. I've had all networks at some point. I now use a sim only deal with Plus net, cost me £8/month unlimited calls and text and 10gb data. ;-) Mind you, I use them for broadband so not sure if as cheap if not a customer already

@whiskycycle @katebevan @ThreeUK Feel at home never was available in Canada (or not since at least 2018 when I was there). The whole Canadian mobile system seems quite strange and insular - few companies, almost monopolistic in places, terrible deals all round.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, spoke to two different people: Manzar and Moiez Shaikh and my complaint number was : 3248 7667. I was told verbatim that bills raised in error can’t be cancelled at all by anybody even if I flagged it before you take the payment.

@ThreeUK is the worst phone service provider in the UK. Had a customer service provider explain to me that whilst my bill was raised in error, there is no one and nothing that Three can do to cancel the bill until I’ve paid it? 🫤 this nonsense is why moved providers
