Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cobham and nearby locations:
-
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported from Spelthorne District, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi this was yesterday afternoon it took almost 24 hrs for you to respond. Issues were noted throughout the UK and this was affecting your broadband routers. A simple Google search will confirm this.
-
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.
-
Mark (@edwarrditis) reported from Hounslow, EnglandHello @ThreeUKSupport it’s been more than a week and I have not able to use my data. Checked the network status checker on your website and it says that there’s an issue. I would like to know if when the services will be fixed? It’s been more than a week now here in Isleworth
-
Sam Young (@samyoung45) reported from Bagshot, England@ThreeUKSupport @gtrowb1 I have been having the exact same problem for at least the last week. I’ve had no luck logging in to the browser/app or changing my password
-
Andy Saw (@andysaw) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!
-
karl matthews (@karlos437) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@ThreeUK need to speak to uk person who can help!! Foreign call centres:(
-
Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@cokernutts @ThreeUKSupport Lol switch to 3G. Btw most modern iPhones don’t even allow that button to work any more. But you’d know that as a mobile network operator, right...
-
Adrian Musto (@adeymusto) reported from Brentford, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s NW10 3AA but I have the issue in many parts of London, especially central areas like Oxford Circus. Phone is iPhone 11 Pro.
-
Don Morgan (@donmorgan007) reported from Leatherhead, England@ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?
-
Claxhausen (@jospehclax) reported from Colnbrook with Poyle, England@ThreeUKSupport Hello, The date the new handset and sim arrived, 30/5/2024, i rang action fraud, got a fraud crime number, then rang your fraud department to report the issue. I then rang to complain about still being charged for the handset and sim around the 13th of may, I was told i would
-
debbiedraws (@debbiedraws1) reported from Guildford, England@ThreeUKSupport Nothing to do with calls the internet is ****...but that news also doesnt surprise me.
-
Graeme (@Gcrobb) reported from Merton, England@ThreeUKSupport the signal in my area has been really poor for weeks now only 1bar on 4G. When will you be fixing it?
-
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandSeems @ThreeUK is down, unable to make calls
-
Jason Ford (@jasonford1988) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.
-
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUK I will be contacting the ombudsman about the disgraceful lack of customer service! I can’t cancel my contract because you can solve and refund the over payments you have taken from my bank account
-
James Street (@JamesPhizKFC) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@ThreeUKSupport how can I pay my bill ! Been trying to use app but not working and all the online stuff I’ve been advised to do don’t work either !
-
UPGRADIAN Jack 🔶 (@jackbremer) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.
-
Nick 235 (@music235) reported from Brentford, England@kl_coop @virginmedia Yes mine is down as well and I can’t even get on the network status page to register a fault... even my @ThreeUK connection seems to be lagging
-
lauren (@wanderlaurst) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandAbsolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.
-
John Dunne (@Jdunne9407uk) reported from Merton, England@ThreeUK Ha ha you can’t even get 4g right in London let alone 5g. Seriously shocking service and signal from 3 for months
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.
-
McTebow (@Scottish_jet_79) reported@JosefNixon @ThreeUK it’s really awful :-(
-
Rhiann 💎 (@Rhiiyounit11) reported@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me how I can make a complaint seen as your online agent clearly doesn’t want to reply to me
-
Chris Muktar (@chrismuktar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.
-
B (@scriptwren) reported@UniversalExile @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have found them awful - left as soon as I could
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
longboidan (@longboidan) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Been roaming with o2 for 1.5 years straight so far and no issue yet 🤞
-
Ryan (@ryantalks1024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Idk if it's still relevant since I did it 4 years ago and never looked into anything else But I just use Google Fi
-
nipplebuffet (@mimiheart29) reported@ThreeUK you have the worst customer service, I’m the phone with yall right now and the agent just left the call without any explanation??
