    @ThreeUKSupport I have had intermittent service for 7-10 days now. Phone calls breaking up, to no service. In the house, no signal. Why did I ever leave EE. I had service literally everywhere. 😡😡😡

    @BBCBenThompson @ThreeUK @BBCBreakfast I did not realize it was down until I saw your news report - as I am in my house & I use my wifi (not data) // have turned the WiFi off on my phone and it def does NOT connect to the internet 😳 Hope you get a response from @ThreeUK soon !!

    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    @ThreeUKSupport Also perhaps you could learn a thing from @VirginMedia_One they have a bereavement team and I have to say not being able to speak with someone in the UK is not nice . Why would you not wait for the sim to be sent out before restricting her service . The account has two numbers

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is on Wednesday I was assured her account wouldn’t be restricted. As she is so upset she wished for me to speak on her behalf at no point did anyone ask to speak to my Mum . We are in lock down , she needs to hear from her family and friends .

    @ThreeUKSupport Me on a phone 15 months old. Was offered a £50 discount if I upgraded yesterday but why should I when I've been sold a deal phone by your company. Anyway matter how is going to the Ombudsmen, and I will be leaving your service. Pathetic and Heartless service

    @ThreeUKSupport You already have my complaint. Store Mgr at the Cribbs Causeway store was sorting it out with his managers for me. We'd got to the point where I was agreeing to what Three were offering to resolve the mis-selling, but I've heard nothing for 3 weeks.

    @ThreeUK Just beware before you buy that service will become less attractive if you have bad weather ie storm or cloud cover, forgot myself about this before I joined as it’s run per sim not like the usual broadband via telephone wiring, I am however still waiting for 5G service here

    @ThreeUK I did a live chat this afternoon hoping to upgrade with an offer expiring at midnight. I was told your upgrade system was down. The person I spoke to earlier has finished their shift and advised using the app- but no staff are available. Am I still entitled to the offer?
