3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Cobham, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cobham and nearby locations:

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUK @Lionesses nah, you’re engaging in a poor attempt at ambush marketing and virtue signalling about “supporting the @Lionesses,” but wont actually spend any of that £4 billion profit on investing in the game or you know, actually supporting the squad

  • ninepine Mike Fuller (@ninepine) reported from Banstead, England

@ThreeUKSupport .@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport just finished a very long and unsatisfactory chat. The matter is still unresolved and I've asked that you involve your Chair of Audit since bills issued by Three can't be relied on suggesting a failure of control which you will want to fix.

  • CFCJourno Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, England

I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones

  • n0x00 Carroll (@n0x00) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUK your 4G network has been a piece of shit for about a while now. Thanks for that.

  • Vanessssaxo Vanessa. (@Vanessssaxo) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK I don’t pay my bill every month to have shit connection fix up thank u.

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England

Here’s @ThreeUK claiming they don’t have enough £££ to invest in or properly support the @Lionesses, so instead are trying exploit their success for free. Right, the same @ThreeUK that announced annual revenues of £2.4 billion in March + whose parent company has £125b in assets.

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England

@ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.

  • FedPoulton The Fed (@FedPoulton) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUKSupport Fyi where I live in Streatham High Road I have no problems. Greyhound Lane is where my brother lives phone calls are problematic internet access is virtually non-existent

  • Malcy7 Malcolm Saunders (@Malcy7) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK hi, can you give me any information regarding the coverage in the Uk postcode DA17 area, as recently the reception has been awful. Thanks.

  • bumpiegin Hayley Dulson-Hughes (@bumpiegin) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Had to hang up after waiting for 15 mins

  • mandefieldx mary mandefield (@mandefieldx) reported from Lambeth, England

Thank you @ThreeUKSupport for fully keeping me waiting for LONG. Trying to cancel a sim after your customer advisors told me.inhave dual sim when i do not

  • jdaykin Jerry Daykin (@jdaykin) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK @NinaWest @AttitudeMag I just wish you had supported me with half decent signal during the parade itself 😜 but keep up the good work #Pride wise!

  • charkellyalex charlotte (@charkellyalex) reported from West Molesey, England

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues in the KT12 / kt13 area as places I usually have signal I now have no service

  • JasonWhite09 Jason White (@JasonWhite09) reported from Hammersmith, England

@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...

  • FedPoulton The Fed (@FedPoulton) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Samsung Galaxy s7. But had the same problem with the s4. Got the s7 in February.

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Hammersmith, England

@Leigh_Moore @ThreeUK Leigh, the problem with this particular campaign is that its parasitic marketing trying to exploit the success and hard work of the @Lionesses for the company’s own benefit and providing no meaningful contribution to the athletes or the sport

  • londonpommie Paul N (@londonpommie) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Never in the 13 odd years I've been a customer!

  • 13pms mayur shah (@13pms) reported from Brentford, England

@kellymariekirk @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Happened to me 2 days ago When I spoke to 3 they said it was not them my address got changed as well took 2 hours to get through to them to stop the account now waiting for a new sim after 15 years am so upset with the service and time it took

  • barbicanben Ben Stewart (@barbicanben) reported from Merton, England

I've done it - after years of being on the @ThreeUK network I've just ordered a SIM from @EcotalkMobile and will port my number as soon as it arrives. Cheaper than my old Three tariff, good for the environment, and the data speeds can't be any worse than Three!

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CarmelaMalley Carmela Malley (@CarmelaMalley) reported

@ThreeUK Not one of our android phones or Ipad received the emergency alert. Yes, all settings were set to receive the alert, and the phones are all 4g and 5g. Also, none were on aeroplane mode. Very disapointed with 3 mobile and british government. But, whats new!🙄

  • yatesy60 Mark Yates (@yatesy60) reported

@ThreeUK This is actually a good enough reason to ditch this rubbish network. When our lives could actually depend on a simple alert and they cannot get that right. No confidence in it actually working in a emergency, so I will be switching networks when the contract is up.

  • dave3263 Dave Newton (@dave3263) reported

@Anne__Strachan @ThreeUK Four of us were here, me on EE and my phone sounded at 2.59, and three on the Three network and none of those sounded the alarm.

  • madwedge Adam Watkinson (@madwedge) reported

@JIX5A @ThreeUK My wife who is on Three got the alert but I didn't. Don't make **** up.

  • GTAJJ_ Jordan Stapleton (@GTAJJ_) reported

@JimHanner @cookmandy @ThreeUK Introducing ThreeAM, the all-new service where all your alerts for the day are now automatically rescheduled to sound at exactly 3am. Free of charge.

  • zakadar1 A -8 (@zakadar1) reported

@ThreeUK 3 is the worse network

  • SuhailAmed Suhail Ahmed (مشوانی) (@SuhailAmed) reported

I left @ThreeUK aftr 6 yrs wn a mngr suggested to leave, joined @Vodafone but honestly can't even browse or work, it is laterally like 1G, it used to be good but from last 3 weeks it is just annoying and ridiculous. Paying for service we are not receiving, 3 frnd and same with al

  • ColinEdwards22 Colin Edwards (@ColinEdwards22) reported

@PeterOuld @ThreeUK From what I hear, the whole network failed due to 3 Cell Towers being set up incorrectly. Whoops.

  • canutescanoe Harry (@canutescanoe) reported

@YorkibarKid @ThreeUK Well do Three then I should have known not to bother turning my notifications off, their ****** signal negated the need

  • matthewhardeman Matthew Hardeman (@matthewhardeman) reported

@ThreeUK hardly surprised not to have received the emergency alert today. Every experience I’ve had with Three in the past few years has been composed of incompetence, lies, greed and garbage. Not least after having my phone stolen. I’m switching provider.
