  • Cigleris
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England

@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

  • PaxtonRoadUpper
Paxton Road 180🎯 (@PaxtonRoadUpper) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUK please can someone get in contact please rather than you customer service team saying conflicting things every day and hanging up before the problem can get resolved? Thanks

  • donmorgan007
Don Morgan (@donmorgan007) reported from Leatherhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

  • BillyCee92
Billy Christopher (@BillyCee92) reported from Richmond, England

@ThreeUK sort your shit out! Internet is ******

  • stu_ziss
Stuart Zissman (@stu_ziss) reported from Fairlands, England

@ThreeUKSupport I see you have eSim support - is Apple Watch connectivity soon to follow? Please....

  • LaurenVRhodes
🍁🍂✨Lauren Victoria Rhodes✨🍂🍁 (@LaurenVRhodes) reported from Richmond, England

Oh great @threeuk is completely down again. In a few years it’s gone from being a great phone network to a terrible one. Will be switching in Feb - is anyone I know on EE? Do they have decent network coverage in London? #threedown @ThreeUKSupport

  • digitaldownfall
Chris von Eitzen (@digitaldownfall) reported from Merton, England

So, @ThreeUK has been ‘testing’ eSIM support for more than two years and has yet to roll it out. Insane. Maybe sometime in 2142…

  • Adam_Orriss
Adam Orriss (@Adam_Orriss) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUK where’s the information about your atrocious Notwork issues, all night no 3/4G🤬

  • Nomaan00
Nomaan Ali (@Nomaan00) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport I ain't asking you for Santa's post code...Yes, it is your crap service. My post code is KT12RF. Now dont start sucking it like a popsicle, do something about it.

  • s_0_u_l
Venkatesh Naidu (@s_0_u_l) reported from Hounslow, England

@ThreeUK do you have a complaints telephone number please? Your CS staff have been incredibly poor lately. I am not going call and waste another 30 minutes of my life talking to someone who doesn’t know what THEY are talking about. #three

  • JWBarnham
James Barnham (@JWBarnham) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

  • HoarseRoar
eamorugby (@HoarseRoar) reported from Hounslow, England

Credit where it’s due, my problem might not be fixed yet but Iain at @ThreeUKSupport has been super responsive trying to help. #thankyou

  • aqthelad
aj (@aqthelad) reported from Merton, England

@ICimmi @ThreeUKSupport Signals become really poor in Wimbledon since new year too

  • chrishampson
Chris Hampson (@chrishampson) reported from Richmond, England

@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

  • Roses_Finds
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport My other utilities have manage to help successfully just you three! you are asking me to spend even more time trying to sort something you could easily arrange as part of the money I pay! I have other obligations than to spend my time checking in on three.

  • spinneywoods
Darren Woods (@spinneywoods) reported from Redhill, England

@ThreeUK is there a complaints procedure as I am extremely disappointed with the service I have been getting

  • mikewooduk
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@ThreeUK Another Saturday in Staines, TW18 with no signal and no explanation. Local store advises mast work but tech support know nothing. I have 2 personal phones, 1 business phone, and 3 data contracts and none of them work. Can I get an answer...

  • rikscha_
richard (@rikscha_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

  • CraigyBEsq
Craigy B (@CraigyBEsq) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

  • StreetCube
StreetCube (@StreetCube) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

  • RodPascoe
    Rod Pascoe (@RodPascoe) reported

@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

  • durgut_arda1
    ARDA BATIKAN DURGUT (@durgut_arda1) reported

I've been using @ThreeUK for a long time and was usually happy with it, but for the last two days the internet has been incredibly bad... It's almost completely unresponsive. It's really disappointing that it's this bad in London. @ThreeUKSupport

  • hannahkozak
    hannah kozak (@hannahkozak) reported

@dean_spenccc @ThreeUK As if they are going to read your stupid tweet. What a loser.

  • AcgbPetrus
    Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported

@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.

  • Keith5978673925
    Keith (@Keith5978673925) reported

@ThreeUK When will the tower in Ab11 be fixed? It’s been down for maintenance for 9 weeks now. 2MBPS download speeds just don’t cut it. Ask EE to borrow a competent engineer.

  • gh05tch4nt
    Ghostchant (@gh05tch4nt) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve had no internet at home all day. The network status on your site says you’re aware but working from home is impossible, currently. Do you have a timeframe? Stoke-on-Trent

  • gadgetbluetab
David Richards (@gadgetbluetab) reported from Anstey, England

@ThreeUKSupport query complaintis: 260422104352245. Still waiting for feedback?. Very poor service and communication!!

  • zappomatic
    Tom (@zappomatic) reported

Soho is absolutely dead tonight. So why am I unable to use my @ThreeUKSupport data? I always put it down to the place being busy but clearly something is wrong.

  • Keith5978673925
    Keith (@Keith5978673925) reported

@ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.

  • Crocidolite11
    Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported

£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
