    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    @ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

    @ThreeUKSupport All the complaints did was continually refer me to the renewals team, advising they would help. The renewal team then referred me to customer relations. This went on for 48 hours with no resolution.
