    @ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesnโ€™t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

    @ThreeUK pathetic store customer service at Ilford Exchange Mall store, I was told to port in to your network leaving Lyca I order to get a phone contract, was switched to sin contract and was told to visit you after 5 months of payments and now they say wait for another one year

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but Iโ€™m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I canโ€™t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies youโ€™re screwing me royally!!

    Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

    @ThreeUK considering your 5G connection is so shocking and a lot worse than your 4G. Does this mean Iโ€™m able to cancel my contract as you are not providing me with adequate 5G service?

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and ยฃ4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!
