    @ThreeUK - you really need to sort out your out-sourced customer services. You could not have made a simple situation more complex with threats, poor admin and a lot of wasted time - 4 calls (each 30+ minutes) to do something simple - from 13 November to 30 January (so far!)

    @ThreeUKSupport mast cannot reach postcode TS22 5US. All residents nearby have zero mobile signal on Three (and all other mobile operators to be fair). Have to walk 50 metres down the road to come into signal range. Plans to add an additional mast or repeater?

    If I ever miss my assignment or can't submit pls blame @ThreeUK ..been complaining about my poor and slow data and WiFi for months but to no avail ..all I got was a letter increasing the bill and not checking about the poor connection which is given me mh issues like wtf
