@ThreeUKSupport After refusing a reduced fee due to poor service (an admission that whatever I was paying for I wasn’t getting) I declined and insisted that the 5g internet is unreliable and inconsistent and was referred to a technical specialist. Still the problems remain.

@ThreeUKSupport It took three days to reply to this. During that time I called numerous numbers, tried ordering online multiple times. No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

@ThreeUKSupport I did a network reset which worked - until I selected the number in iMessage and it changed again. My number is showing correctly for calls and WhatsApp but not iMessage. Is there another way you can send me a password?
