I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
