  • stormhasgone
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England

Definitely changing from @ThreeUK when my contract ends. My 4G barely ever works on my bus to work despite having full signal. I complain to them and they’re like “oh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better service” like ???

  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

  • louise_b_91
Louise 💗💜💙.🖤 (@louise_b_91) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUK can you please tell me why my signal is so bad even when I've got full bars? 🤔

  • ModupeOlotu
Coffee bean ☕️ (@ModupeOlotu) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUK How am I still getting charged after cancelling my contract with you? This is just pathetic , one of the reasons I left in the first place, getting charged extra for no reason. Please kindly issue my refund

  • JRJUK
JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport And as I thought my issues haven't been solved because the person in your contact centre couldn't understand what I was asking...

  • iSoogs
Soogs (@iSoogs) reported from Walthamstow, England

Almost no service with @ThreeUK for the last 48 hours. All I kept being told is call back in 2 hours, the system is down. If no one can help why the hell am I waiting on hold for so long?

  • tomtilly28
Adam Dack (@tomtilly28) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUK the mobile internet at Stratford bus station is shocking shows 4g available but u can’t get any internet at all #poor

  • JustKellyC
Kelly 💙 (@JustKellyC) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport internet has gone down everyday this week, was assured yesterday this would be sorted, now has gone again, what is going on?!

  • crabrc
Rob Crabtree (@crabrc) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport It took three days to reply to this. During that time I called numerous numbers, tried ordering online multiple times. No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

  • Mr_MartinCalder
Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@ThreeUK I tell you that the signal/coverage is so rubbish at E178SN on both 3G&4G

  • sarezale
Ernesto Sarezale (@sarezale) reported from Islington, England

Mifi from @ThreeUK not working at all for he at the moment at N19 - getting 0.27 Mbps if working at all - this is denial of service - will I be billed this month?

  • desouzadennis1
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Ilford, England

@ThreeUK pathetic store customer service at Ilford Exchange Mall store, I was told to port in to your network leaving Lyca I order to get a phone contract, was switched to sin contract and was told to visit you after 5 months of payments and now they say wait for another one year

  • TallSteveTV1
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

  • Greenelk
Gareth Williams (@Greenelk) reported from Stratford, England

Hey @ThreeUK how is it that when you get to Stratford in London, where there is a major railway terminal, a large sports and events stadium, hotels and a big shopping centre there is never any service from your network? @LouisPWilliams @archiewilliams_

  • i_maq
Imran Maqbool (@i_maq) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport I need to hear what form of compensation will be available to me before I leave for a functioning network. @Three_Is_Broken

  • KristjanByfield
Kristjan Byfield (@KristjanByfield) reported from Poplar, England

@aroundthehouses @ThreeUK Tried them back in 2004- such a bad experience I would never ever ever go near @ThreeUK ever again.

  • MasterSystom
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

  • yasirkiani22
Yasir kiani (@yasirkiani22) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport what type off stupid and in educated PEOPEL you have on phone service 😡😡😡😡

  • lostmikeys
    M I K E Y (@lostmikeys) reported from Ilford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hey guys. How do I make a formal complaint re: Michelle in your Scottish call centre, who just called me a liar and to “speak to my bank instead” after YOU have overcharged me? Is it true that you “don’t do refunds”? I would like MY money back. Thank you.

  • leaaCastle
♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah you guys confirmed it yesterday but payment was taken today. And the service not working till late September. 🙄 I'm leaving you guys soz

  • wulfsagemakes
    wulfsage (@wulfsagemakes) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

  • VuFromTheMirror
    JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reported

Will the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.

  • ROSS_G3LL3R
    naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported

@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.

  • pigg_thomas
    Thomas Pigg (@pigg_thomas) reported

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh wow I didn’t realise they did that Find a solution ?

  • keanie14
    David McKean (@keanie14) reported

@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.

  • KRUNAL1
    K (@KRUNAL1) reported

@ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people

  • ROSS_G3LL3R
    naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported

@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
