Georgina (@grumbelow) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUK the plug in broadband I signed up for is absolute useless, Netflix freezes and buffers every minute ! I live in London & was told I would have perfect connection!! How can you sell something that is so bad ?!
-
Ben Mason (@bbmason) reported from Stone, England@LynnyWhitehead @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Well, it seems they don't even feel the need to reply, or to answer my messages on their support portal, or to answer the phone to me. So, almost certainly time to switch!
-
Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors
-
Jason Swan Clark (@jasonclark) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUK Service has been down completely in London for hours and you only just admit something is wrong. Not good enough.

🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. It’s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(
-

-
James Aubrey (@JimboUK71) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??
-
Will Grady (@willgrady) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

-
Glen White (@CannarWilm) reported from Gravesend, England@ThreeUKSupport I already did. Was told... tough! In not so many words. Until now I've had a good experience with Three. Shame it has to end with a bad experience.
-
Rajan Malhotra (@rajan78) reported from Tonbridge, England@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
Charlie Wood (@charliewoodinit) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m disgusted with the level of service I am receiving from you lot, signed up with you for the best mobile data deals to begin with, for months now your mobile data coverage and responsiveness has been a joke. Now this today. Something needs to change.
-

They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!
-
Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported from Smarden, EnglandWhere UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.
-

Neil Stratford (@neilstratford) reported@VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.
-

אדֶגְבּוֹיֶגָה (@IamSamuelOO) reportedHello @Vodacom I am porting to you from @ThreeUK. 5years of loyalty to @ThreeUK yet I cannot use their network to maintain a telephone conversation that will last for 3minutes, so disgusting!
-
Chris (@Brutha_bear74) reported@ThreeUK how do I make a complaint, your 3+ is, again, not letting me in or allowing me to change the password
-
rawkingcoconutwater (@rawkingcoconut) reported@ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
-
ithompsonrob 27.0 🇬🇧 (@thompsonrob) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What can I say… Your customer service/ LIVE CHAT is absolutely useless!! Absolutely disgusting and useless!! 🤬🤬
-
Playwriter Guy (@playwriter_guy) reported@ThreeUK @RoyalMail This has been going on since July 9 when the phone was confirmed lost by Royal Mail. I have been calling and repeating myself constantly to this Three customer service almost as if no one writes notes when calls are made. The WORST kind of customer service EVER.
