It’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

@ThreeUK My wi-fi is repeatedly dropping connection today and it's destroying my ability to work online this morning. This happens on a good two or three times a year and yet you keep raising my charges, for a not very good service.

@ThreeUKSupport Still no improvement in our connection. We can't connect to data at all, despite our devices showing plenty of 4g+ & 5g signal. This has adversely affected our holiday.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve talked to 5 reps now. Followed the router troubleshooting every time. Conclusion each time = not router, known local mast issue. Why would I need to go through the checks for a sixth time?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes on the app and it keeps bouncing back, advising that it can’t complete the request. Every time I get through to your chat on support, I don’t get much further

Dan
(@DanJamesReed) reported
@ThreeUKSupport There are two tests: Router tests & local area tests. I know (after going through troubleshooting 6 times) that the router is not the issue. This has been the conclusion 6 times. Kindly explain why I would need to repeat step 1 for a 7th time, when we know it’s a local area issue
