I've done it - after years of being on the @ThreeUK network I've just ordered a SIM from @EcotalkMobile and will port my number as soon as it arrives. Cheaper than my old Three tariff, good for the environment, and the data speeds can't be any worse than Three!

Has anyone tried using the Live Chat with @ThreeUKSupport ? It's like pulling teeth. I gave up in the end as they couldn't grasp why paying 10% more than a new customer is NOT a loyalty reward, nor would I fall for the BS . After around 20 years it's time to look elsewhere!

@ThreeUKSupport (A) I turned off my phone when I travelled abroad and I only turned it back on to retrieve information. I never called anyone, sent a text or used my email, but within a space of 4 days I was charged £18 for Roaming Charges. On the 5th day I removed my sim.
