    @ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!

    Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do. The problem is that it’s been over 3 weeks since I took the contract out and it still hasn’t been sorted. Permission was given over the phone for the name change.

    @colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless I’m upstairs 👍🏻

    @O2 And for the record my patience and understanding is no more. I have been a customer of O2 since you were BT cellnet (over 20 years). I am very very close to calling it a day over this fiasco. Maybe @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK can offer me a better deal or at least customer care!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott. Me and the store manager Paul looked at the account, saw that it had no under on it, and he said he believed that I had returned it to the store. The issue that the store accepted and have lost it is not my problem - that's an internal issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport Enough is enough, I've been experiencing constant throttling from Three, your support is no help, I am paying an arm and a leg for unlimited internet and you are not delivering on your end. Where the hell can I contact someone who will actually address the issue.
