Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
