@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

@btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@bt_uk The last we heard was they would now come tomorrow morning. Not sure if I believe them There is never a reason given for them not turning up which is just plain rude. I’m not sure if it is openreaches fault or BTs but the end result is the same

@bt_uk Hi - Currently on with one of your engineers now who is trying to charge us £25/half hour for tech support. This is a BT issue as when we're connecting in we're not being assigned our static IP by your DHCP server.

@bt_uk An absolute joke of a company! Offered my family member a service to combine her sky to BT and she didn’t have to do nothing. BT didn’t cancel her sky contract and got billed from February, and now they’ve said they aren’t refunding! JOKE!

And @bt_uk customer service said they cannot do anything about it and unless I buy an upgraded package I have to deal@with poor internet: they even installed it wrong and took 2 weeks to even get it working. This package needs to be removed.

Twice this month I’ve waited for a @bt_uk ‘engineer’ who never arrives. But I’ve still got a little dissatisfaction to look forward to today; when the person I scheduled the appointment with doesn’t call me, as promised, to ensure the engineer came, & solved the issue.

@bt_uk I would strongly advise anyone buying Fibre to not bother unless you buy the upgraded package. Does not work. Told by engineer I need two discs minimum to get a signal in my 3 bed semi!
