    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @bt_uk internet has been on and off all day. You say nothing wrong with the line but a quick search says loads of people having problems with their internet.

    @BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk @EE Manager finally called 19thJan to 'resolve' mis-sold contract. Confirmed I would not be charged for this & would confirm in email - which never arrived. Case closed 19th & find out today I've been charged for account that was mis-sold!! 10min wait to call. Call me.

    When you fill in a web form and ask them to email rather than phone their response and they call and leave voicemail to tell you they will send an email and that a colleague will call in the morning. WTF? @bt_uk

    Nearly 3 weeks to get @bt_uk to sort out our new broadband at the new office!! @OpenreachHelp taking so long to assign a engineer! Can’t use the office… they have the correct address yet can’t fix it?!😡

    @daysoutinfo @bt_uk @EE Has similar last time my BT Broadband was up for renewal. Was cheaper to get same package with EE (who BT own). So low and behold they matched it when called to cancel!

    @bt_uk It was sms so theres no other details Hello, BT here. Get ready - your broadband will be up and running tomorrow (26-Jan-2022). It could start any time up to 23:59. Your Digital Voice service will then start up to 30 minutes after that. We'll let you know when they're ready.

    @bt_uk I have been having trouble with my BT Broadband in Norfolk for a couple of weeks now. Connection keeps constantly dropping. Keep trying to call the BT helpline - had to wait on hold for over an hour and eventually gave up!! What is going on?! Shocking customer service BT!

    @TonyBernstein4 @bt_uk When I first joined them, they basically forgot about me, didn't go live.. I was left without internet, I. Lockdown while doing a WFH job.. Ever since then nothing but issues with speed and bills.

    Hey @bt_uk - what is wrong with the parental controls available with fibre essential plan ? They don’t seem to work and your L1 support had no clue!! It’s worrying in a home with small children.
