A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!

Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?
