  • KRISKROS5 Kris Kross (@KRISKROS5) reported from Blyth, England

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

  • gemlids gemma liddell (@gemlids) reported from Guide Post, England

  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare Why aren’t you dealing with our issue after 6 days without business broadband? Disgraceful service as our business is at a standstill with no replies or urgency!

  • QlikStu Stuart Wannop (@QlikStu) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

  • stevewallwork Steve Wallwork (@stevewallwork) reported from Annfield Plain, England

  • Raring2goNewcas Raring2Go! Newcastle (@Raring2goNewcas) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@BTCare @bt_uk hello, hope you can help please? After a 95 minute phone call on Saturday your advisor assured me my problems would be solved by an engineer tomorrow. I’ve had no email or text to confirm this. Please advise.

  • PapaDodds Chris Dodds (@PapaDodds) reported from South Shields, England

@bt_uk Can you not just get an English person to call me direct to fix this please? I’ve been passed about for 6-7 weeks now.

@bt_uk The most inept company in the UK, call yourselves a communications company ! you couldn’t connect dots on a dot to dot child sheet let alone connect a new build property, customer for over 29 years! useless

  • PapaDodds Chris Dodds (@PapaDodds) reported from South Shields, England

@bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.

  • heatherpott heather potts (@heatherpott) reported from Walker Gate, England

  • Triplet111016 Thetruthteller in jail again 🤣 (@Triplet111016) reported

@shaunnaeast @bt_uk It sounds useless, they need to understand you are the customer and I will help if they don't rectify it asap.

  • paulpottsmusic Paul Potts (@paulpottsmusic) reported

@bt_uk Technical support from BT has been patchy at best. I once had someone in technical support team in U.K. call centre tell me that a megabit is bigger than a megabyte. I’m no geek but even I know that’s not true.

  • duffycully Seamus Duffy (@duffycully) reported

@gdonn14 @bt_uk Painful. This is the business broadband though. Should not be a problem. But is. Maybe they’re all the same I suppose

  • KD55 Kathleen Downes (@KD55) reported

@bt_uk Such a shame, turns out to be a disappointment, doesn't work on a laptop either, why would you watch something on a phone screen made even smaller with thumbnail images, when you can watch it on the tv? Sounded like a good idea, but in practice nof so much.😓

  • Jonesy1312Todd sam todd (@Jonesy1312Todd) reported

@bt_uk Sorry is this a private message ? I never use twitter so not sure if everyone can see my address

  • shaunnaeast Shaunna East (@shaunnaeast) reported

@Triplet111016 @bt_uk Thanks for talking on my behalf. I’m just overly stressed with it. Waiting six weeks for it was bad enough, schools calling me, stress of work and that, now it randomly went off. It worked fine before I wait for an hour to be told it wasn’t even installed! I explain it was!

  • BluesWomenFans Blues Women Fans (@BluesWomenFans) reported

Watching games on BT Sport makes you realise how poor the quality on the FA Player is. No blurring, no buffering, just better in so many ways. In fact the FA Player is so poor it makes you desperate to see games live again! Thank goodness for @btsport 🙌🏼🙌🏼

  • PhilCrompton3 Phil Crompton (@PhilCrompton3) reported

@RossCrombie @btsport What's the football equivalent of a First World Problem ? As @LaticsOfficial sink lower and lower I get ever grumpier.

  • Maims Amy Wainwright (@Maims) reported

@bt_uk hi there I ordered another BT complete Wi-fi disc last weekend. Was told it would arrive by Tuesday I still not received it. Please can someone help? Thanks

  • Triplet111016 Thetruthteller in jail again 🤣 (@Triplet111016) reported

@shaunnaeast @bt_uk Sounds like a scan by them, no doubt the advisor booked an installation in, as they get a bonus per installation. If you need help with it let me know, as I can gladly write to ofcom on your behalf.
