Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

Options seem limited!!
