    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. I reported the fault yeasterday morning & it’s still not working. I hope you can understand how worried I am, please help!

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

    Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    @BTCare Appalling service. Paying extra for hybrid connect. The connect box has never arrived. 150 not working on Tues so called using the abroad number. 1.5hours on the call and 3 people and still not ordered. Promised a call back yesterday and still waiting. 😞

    Oh my God, @bt_uk, what the HELL? Moved house, booked engineer, no confirmation they're coming. App doesn't work, website will only show an order from 2015 and won't let me search for an alternative order number. WHY DO YOU HATE ME?

    @bt_uk It says tomorrow. But it has constantly slipped. BT they need Sec 55 approval from local council, council says they don’t ….. but many homes have no broadband. Huge issue. Please investigate.

    Latest firmware update ending 4227 to Bt Smart Hub 2 is causing all sorts of issues @BTCare - new router sent, works perfect, then updates to 4227 overnight, now intermittent service on wifi and wired - might as well not have Fibre

    @bt_uk Sorry guys the way to tackle the problem is stop giving it air time #stopfuellingthefire. Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me is what I was taught in school it didn't do me bad over the years.
