Ruby Naseem (@NaseemRuby) reported@btbusinesscare Good morning! I am still waiting for a reply. It’s a simple question: If I am being told that I owe over £2800 for cloud voice service for March 2020 to July 2021, please confirm that there were no issues and it was fully functional, and we had no issues. Thanks
-
Sarah Hosken (@flick_shag) reported@bt_uk my 89 year old mother in law has been without a phone for nearly 6 weeks now. She doesn’t have a mobile and she has serious health problems. Simon Gibbs (@energyUK) reported@bt_uk Hi - this doesn’t seem to have settled yet. Upload seems about right (110mbps) but download fluctuates between 220-440mbps. These are great speeds - but not what I’m paying for. I can’t use the My Bt app to do a speed test as it errors every time. Any suggestions would be great!
