@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

  • erskineandrew Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, England

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

  • lollifloss Emma brown (@lollifloss) reported from Maidstone, England

Trying to blackmail me into signing a new contract instead of fixing a problem is bad, bad customer service @bt_uk

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@btsport you’ve hyped that fight up for over two weeks making this absolutely piss poor opponent a challenge for DDD, this idiot wasn’t even amateur! Proper rubbish boxing on BT again, taking nothing away from DDD can only beat what’s in front of him

Real poor quality stream for the Final from @btsport on their You Tube Channel #UCLFinal #TOTLIV

  • stubro1970 Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Ditton, England

Woke up today hoping that @bt_uk broadband might have sorted itself out, but nooooo. Day 5 with no service/in-out/worst speeds ever.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

  • kevcorb Kevin C (@kevcorb) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

Thanks to a broken Sky dish I'm having to watch the BTSport version of Gillette Soccer Saturday.... it's like watching the BDO darts once the PDC has finished.

@bt_uk So if dsl broadband goes down locally, everyone will switch to the same @EE cell? I think I'll need a new mobile provider if this catches on 😕

  • DarrenRichArt Darren Richards Art (@DarrenRichArt) reported

@RobPalmer80 @bt_uk I had exactly that problem but we have the BT mesh dish extender things. I plugged the Q and mini Q box into a dish each with Ethernet cable and it’s stopped happening. Without it it had started to happen once a week at least.

  • lee_o_85 lee o (@lee_o_85) reported

So because you haven’t been able to “contact” me @bt_uk have just closed the case. I’m sorry but if you’ve tried calling my mobile why not leave a voicemail message everyone else manages too. I’m not always able to answer it so just close the case again! What a surprise #awful
