@bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

@smooyacs @virginmedia @bt_uk They want you to log into your router to find incoming traffic from foreign IP's, find out what ISP owns it and contact them directly to tell them to stop their customer from ddosing Bit much to ask a customer to do that themselves I think lol. @BenCodeGeek @bt_uk Not to brag, but @virginmedia have been a bazillion times better. I've had some customer service issues with them, but getting going and ongoing service is 10x better than BT. I'm happy I have a choice.
