  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • DartfordTown Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

  • DartfordTown Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

  • erskineandrew Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, England

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk you’ve got to be *************** now, broadband down again this since Saturday, it’s been fine all night then day time it’s off again, not good enough at all, don’t expect me to be paying this month!

  • JanetEBaldwin Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@BTCare Please help. I reported a fault on my elderly father’s landline yesterday morning & it still isn’t working. 😱 He’s extremely vulnerable & I am extremely worried about him. Please can someone contact me ASAP

  • mrslring Laura Ring (@mrslring) reported from Maidstone, England

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  • JanetEBaldwin Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. I reported the fault yeasterday morning & it’s still not working. I hope you can understand how worried I am, please help!

  • kevcorb Kevin C (@kevcorb) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

Thanks to a broken Sky dish I'm having to watch the BTSport version of Gillette Soccer Saturday.... it's like watching the BDO darts once the PDC has finished.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Ditton, England

Woke up today hoping that @bt_uk broadband might have sorted itself out, but nooooo. Day 5 with no service/in-out/worst speeds ever.

  • lollifloss Emma brown (@lollifloss) reported from Maidstone, England

Trying to blackmail me into signing a new contract instead of fixing a problem is bad, bad customer service @bt_uk

  • WhiskyOneIce Mark (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@NilWil1972 @bt_uk Bad move Nils 😕 Tell them you want Hub 5 back.... Halo is very unstable so my BT engineer mates tell me 🙄

  • stone_craig Craig Stone (@stone_craig) reported from Gillingham, England

@Adamdrew1979 @btsport @TheVanaramaNL Having the same issue mate and during the dartford game the streaming just stops for the last 10 mins and says I’ve ran out of time! Shambles!!!

  • ciarafoy3 Ciara xox (@ciarafoy3) reported

@bt_uk I lag and get terrible ping when playing games I also only get 2 bars on my phone.

  • BonkersBexley Malcolm Knight (@BonkersBexley) reported

@bt_uk Telephone by BT. Internet by small business provider over a managed Cisco router. Something has disturbed the internal wiring but BT stuff all working OK. Off to fix it with all the test gear, fittings and cable now. Thank you. Together we fixed it. But Openreach broke it. :)

  • sgozzard Simon Gozzard (@sgozzard) reported

@jamespriceglos @bt_uk Cheers. Hope they give you a refund for doing their customer service for them too! Thanks.

  • woodboroughpark John Charles-Jones (@woodboroughpark) reported

@Longwool @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Yes I believe they are. There has to be a commercial opportunity like no other for a commercial competitor to rise up out of the shadows, where customer service is forefront

  • resoai Alexey (@resoai) reported

Funny how @bt_uk HomeHub 5 has a setting to switch off WiFi Radio which only stops broadcasting your SSID and keeps broadcasting their own BT Wifi/FON SSID. What the actual f*ck? Using any third party router causes connection drops and slows down connection by 3mbps. #bthomehub

  • Mobytanner Rebirth of Cool Blogger (@Mobytanner) reported

@bt_uk is there a twitter for BT Help on WiFi discs? I'm existing customer and have a technical question regarding devices connecting to the discs. Thanks.

  • carlbos Carl Boswell (@carlbos) reported

@bt_uk It’s still a huge percentage. Public sector salaries don’t go up by anywhere near that if at all. Us NHS workers are already in pay poverty and that sends us even deeper into it. Talk about kicking a country when it’s down. #disgusting

  • petegiro Peter (@petegiro) reported

@bt_uk got a home move order on with you at moment. its been a catalogue of problems which I can’t progress via the contacts I have had with your team. In brief 8 weeks lead time to install, incorrect pricing , hub sent to wrong address I have no mobile signal, no internet, etc

  • Ak_Dark_Lord Ak Goyal (@Ak_Dark_Lord) reported

@bt_uk i bought the whole home wifi mini which claims to support upto 867mbps download speeds whereas mine doesn't go above 150mbps, my broadband supports 350mbps. What is going on?

  • MichaelMorgan10 Michael Morgan (@MichaelMorgan10) reported

@bt_uk what is the point of sending me a ‘Brilliant Broadband Brilliant Proce’ flyer in the post only for me to ring up and be told I don’t qualify as I’m an existing customer ?? What a waste of postage costs !
