. @bt_uk there seems to be a problem with sending and forwarding emails. Is this a common issue?

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk you’ve got to be *************** now, broadband down again this since Saturday, it’s been fine all night then day time it’s off again, not good enough at all, don’t expect me to be paying this month!

  • DartfordTown Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

  • DartfordTown Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

  • JanetEBaldwin Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@BTCare Please help. I reported a fault on my elderly father’s landline yesterday morning & it still isn’t working. 😱 He’s extremely vulnerable & I am extremely worried about him. Please can someone contact me ASAP

  • kevcorb Kevin C (@kevcorb) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

Thanks to a broken Sky dish I'm having to watch the BTSport version of Gillette Soccer Saturday.... it's like watching the BDO darts once the PDC has finished.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • JanetEBaldwin Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. I reported the fault yeasterday morning & it’s still not working. I hope you can understand how worried I am, please help!

  • KeetchMichael Michael keetch (@KeetchMichael) reported from Maidstone, England

BT SPORT FOOTBALL COMMENTARY IS ABSOLUTE PISS POOR! @btsport

  • stone_craig Craig Stone (@stone_craig) reported from Gillingham, England

@Adamdrew1979 @btsport @TheVanaramaNL Having the same issue mate and during the dartford game the streaming just stops for the last 10 mins and says I’ve ran out of time! Shambles!!!

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@btsport Shame we knew that was in before he hit it well bad delay between coms and picture

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Ditton, England

Woke up today hoping that @bt_uk broadband might have sorted itself out, but nooooo. Day 5 with no service/in-out/worst speeds ever.

  • kazeemogunbambi Prince Kazeem Ogunbambi (@kazeemogunbambi) reported from Dartford, England

@bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

  • aimee_bennett97 aimee (@aimee_bennett97) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@bt_uk our phone line is down, says on the front of our phone “no line” help please

  • erskineandrew Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, England

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BownDiggyRiggy IKnowSomeoneWhoseDadWasKilledByAnEagle (@BownDiggyRiggy) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Might be a stupid question but wouldn't that defy the incentive to watch the show? Like if we all know the scores to all the games that would act as spoilers to each episode right ? Kinda like skipping to the end of the series or watching a highlights.

  • PJ_Jenno PJ (@PJ_Jenno) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Could have a bad effect on clubs in lower leagues. Fans might not go to games and just stream.

  • TommyGodzilla Tommy Godzilla Leerschen (@TommyGodzilla) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I bet Mint mobile data plans.. a couple of fans with proper cameras and the ability to upload solves that issue. Private persons, maximum effort. Did you want that live feed in 4K?

  • numerisphere 𝓐𝓵𝓮𝔁 (@numerisphere) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport So regressive. It’s always been this way from the PL down. You can go to almost any other country and see all PL games live. The myth that fans won’t go to games has long been disproven Imagine the extra revenues for clubs outside the PL. There would be a market

  • PureH11 PureH (@PureH11) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Before people say people do it anyway through VPN, that amount of people who would watch the matches on tv if not for the blackout would obviously be greater than the amount of stream it illegally.

  • andybirks_ Andy Birks (@andybirks_) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Be careful what you wish for. Streaming has definitely impacted (circa 20% less) championship attendances plus incremental spend on food/drinks and club shop due to lower footfall. This was mainly midweek games. Got to protect 3pm Sat blackout for steaming as piracy risk.

  • ch1ffy 👻 Ghost Of Chima 👻 (@ch1ffy) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Didn’t seem to be an issue before Ryan took over? If and when Wrexham get back in the EFL and back on I follow, will Ryan still be lobbying for all the other NL teams to be streamed?

  • willdjames will david james (@willdjames) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport So why don't you ask every other team if they would like to live stream there matches on a active service I.e tiktok. YouTube and then charge them the pleasure and shate that amongst the teams

  • oggthemiffed David Anderson (@oggthemiffed) reported

@bt_uk Any place I can check for an ETA of the service outage that's in my area just now. Got a text earlier but the ETA mentioned has passed with the internet still broken

  • Pauline04023347 PaulineM (@Pauline04023347) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport How much would you charge for the live streaming? How about the revenue lost in catering etc and what happens when no one can be bothered to go to the match? Canned chanting and cheering? Agreed it was brilliant during the pandemic but serious revenue issues are a concern.
