@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to no wi fi, @bt_uk are always doing this like it’s ok to start their connection issues because it’s when people would usually be asleep, well I’m awake! And I want internet,it’s the 3rd time in 6 months, too often for my liking.

@bt_uk It is my residential account. Our whole family relies on it including 3 children. I do not understand how we can go from a working broadband system to a hybrid connect system which is meant to be unbreakable and engineers have left it not working.
