    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    Thank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    Why is @bt_uk broadband service so appallingly crap? Intermittent connection since Christmas, multiple engineer visits both BT & Openreach, multiple cases raised, no closer to any form of resolution, no acknowledgment that compensation is due, no progress at all, complete joke

    @bt_uk I did get in touch - I spoke to 2 people and they were cold and said we won’t do anything for you but offer a partial refund AFTER we’ve done our own tests. I have a report from @apple proving the manufacturer fault and no misuse or water damage identified. 1/2

    @Adam_Miller1 @bt_uk I’ve had this. Apparently there was a firmware update on Apples side that has broken it. Only way to watch is go into the live schedule instead, but on HD not HDR

    @bt_uk said they’ll give me a partial refund and as the device is out of warranty - in line with consumer law. So again, if you buy an @Apple product from an authorised retailer & it’s faulty after 1 year, you will have to pay for the repair & @Apple will do NOTHING to help 3/3

    Day 44 since my @bt_uk internet dropped. 5 missed resolution dates. £43.35 spent on no service. £352.80 owed in compensation. @WeAreOpenreach SSKMD MSO active for 98 days. #BT have not provided internet for 8% of my total broadband contract. #stilloffline

    @bt_uk you have lost a customer today. Shocking price rises announced given people's circumstances at the moment. Pure greed and profiteering. Please tell me am I able to cancel now given the size of increases? Or do I need to wait till the end of my contract?

    @CocoTheParrot @bt_uk I've been fighting with them for 6 months. The BT guy has been amazing. It's openreach that's the issue. They've now blocked me and refuse to do anymore to sort the problem.
