@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk Well I have been trying to get help from BT for weeks. On the Isle of Iona, my house has intermittent phone line and no WiFi. You keep telling me there is a problem outside my house but no engineer has come to fix it.

@bt_uk Cancel @skytv as they can't install broadband until end of April, ring BT and am assured installation date is within 2 weeks, purchase BT and given an install date of around 3 weeks only to now have it changed to the end of April. Adviser on phone couldn't care less 😡😡😡
