    Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

    I have never come across such a shambolic service in all my life @bt_uk... My son has been waiting since 2nd January for his sports channels to be activated - keep telling him it'll be in a few days #whatajoke

    @bt_uk There is no point in testing a line that is working at the time of the test, as it is at present. Also, when the line is down then I can't run the test. So overall to you this means the system is working. Surely your exchanges are "seeing" when user's lines are dropping off?

    @BTCare The real cherry on the cake is that I have just had a call from a family member to say they rung the landline number and someone who lives at a completely different address picked up! If there is a company with worse customer service than this I’ve not come across it.

    @bt_uk How or where can I submit complaints to? All 3 individuals were perfectly happy to speak to me when i was giving account details but the moment I, politely, described my broadband issues they immediately hung up. A possible mistake if it happened once. Three times though...

    @nsdesign @btbusinesscare @SkyHelpTeam I don't think Openreach have a network to speak of. They simply deliver your broadband to the exchange where your ISP takes over.

    BT shamble continues - 4th installation date planned for 1-6pm yesterday. Remain in house nobody arrives despite txt to say will be with me shortly ! Can’t even get to speak to Operations Manager or lodge a complaint @bbcradioulster @bbcthe oneshow @bt_uk

    @bt_uk please can somebody tell me when my phone and broadband will be reconnected, I am now day 5 with no services, the mini hub you have sent me has now stopped working and I have minimal mobile signal/data. Can't use my TV for Netflix, Prime or certain services on Sky either!

    @bt_uk someone using your broadband has been trying to hack my website for 2 days now. I have their IP addresses and location, tried to call your support team and they were no help. You have a criminal using your services and you don't do anything about it.

    @bt_uk New connection Order placed 2 weeks ago. Promised for connection 26th. Didn’t happen! Called Customer Service who apologised & said it would be put on an expedited request! Checked and it’s down for 14/12! Been on hold to speak with someone for 25 mins. Call me ASAP
