Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Parents were cut off 3+ days incommunicado, no water, lighting, heating landline (OR mobile, masts down) BT engineers found no fault, loaned parents analogue phone, back in business. Am buying analogue phone.
