    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    Disgraceful service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach, @OpenreachHelp leaving my vulnerable 87 and 80 year old parents without a phone and internet connection for 5 weeks now!!! Promise after promise of a connection and still nothing after numerous phone calls. #bt_uk #openreach

    @btsportmotogp the monthly pass on @btsport is down ! This is useless !!! My monthly subs didn’t auto renew and now it’s down !!!! When can I get in to motogp?? You’ve taken the £25 but not delivered

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @f1broadcasting @FIAFormulaE @Eurosport_UK @BBCSport @btsport @QuestTV BT sport better get their shit together and comfirn a deal. I have a Eurosport sub with my BT Sport sub but I really enjoyed it on bt last year.

    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    What do you not understand. Tomorrow 12.12.22 & 13.12.22 #ClarendonVillas is going to be torn up by #KellyCommunications for @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @BTCare. This week a digger was working in anti social hours three nights after 23:00. formal complaint (ref: BHC12234477)

    @bt_uk Thank you for the courtesy of a response I assume @OpenreachHelp will not openly admit to failing to supply an engineer to the problem in the exchange in the period since it was diagnosed as such. FYI I live on a normal road surrounded by houses all enjoying interrupted service

    The problem with watching @WWE live on @btsport is that there are FAR to many adverts. Literally. It's so annoying. They need to go one full match, break, one full match. Repeat sequence, OR, go ad free again. It's almost unwatchable. Luckily I can watch on catch up and skip them

    Managed to sort new account with our former providers @bt_uk - if only they'd made the same offer to renew as they just did to return we'd never have left! However we are no nearer to getting reconnected 😔 - but should have access to hotspots 🙏
