    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @bt_uk Particularly unhappy with BT at the current time as there domain spam filters have not been working affectively from the 10/01/22. I feel that there not providing a level of service expected. ie clickplan, offerting & coupon&go spam emails constantly flooding into my inbox

    @bt_uk Good morning,I upgraded my broadband in December and returned my old hub as instructed at the beginning of January, I am receiving emails and texts to say I have not returned this? I have retained my tracking receipt from the post office, any help much appreciated.

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusting you left vulnerable elderly customer without a phone for 6 weeks No way of getting emergency help offer a measly £50 compensation no mention for all the diesel used checking up on my mum and you charge 85 for an upgrade. It was a repair not upgrade

    Email from @bt_uk about switchover to Digital Voice. It contains at least five typos. "your service *asnd* phone number won't change" "*framiliar* features like Call *Protact* "*WPlease* contact" "just call us *one* 0800..." Email is definitely legit, not phishing.

    @bt_uk Well, in the end there were 4 houses in our street that had a loss of service due to workman severing cable on Saturday night. Because it was a multiple house problem, Openreach worked on the fault on Monday and now sorted. Will return mini hub tomorrow Thanks

    I have been in and out of hospital for months and during this time my BT bill hasn't been going put due to banking issues. Noticed today, got in youth with @bt_uk and they went above and beyond to help me with a payment plan and told me to watch my health first. 1/2
