  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare Still no reply or update when our broadband will be back on. Nearly 7 days without a business connection. Let down everyday by BT 🤬

  • trevstanley Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

  • DanielJenks89 Daniel Jenks (@DanielJenks89) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

  • QlikStu Stuart Wannop (@QlikStu) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

  • taylersant Tayler (@taylersant) reported from Newburn, England

@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

  • trevstanley Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare Why aren’t you dealing with our issue after 6 days without business broadband? Disgraceful service as our business is at a standstill with no replies or urgency!

  • baldymanali Alastair Smith (@baldymanali) reported from Gateshead, England

@bt_uk just received email from you saying my email will be suspended if I don't login. I read emails on your new (and I might say, useless) ap every day. Have complained about it previously. Get it sorted

  • gerrinnesmac Gerry1nnes (@gerrinnesmac) reported from Peterlee, England

@bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.

  • trevstanley Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk And I NEVER get 4g. Lucky to get 3g!

  • heatherpott heather potts (@heatherpott) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk please can you respond to my complaint ASAP #poorcustomerservice

  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

  • kennydude Joe Simpson (@kennydude) reported from Seaham, England

@quidco If you could also sort the communication problem between yourselves and @bt_uk that’d be great.

  • timhardinguk Tim Harding (@timhardinguk) reported from Whitburn, England

@bt_uk The most inept company in the UK, call yourselves a communications company ! you couldn’t connect dots on a dot to dot child sheet let alone connect a new build property, customer for over 29 years! useless

  • AdvancedIFA Advanced IFA Ltd (@AdvancedIFA) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

  • stevewallwork Steve Wallwork (@stevewallwork) reported from Annfield Plain, England

@lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport @sjsidwell I think we know the answer to that one Lynsey. Our record is traditionally poor on Boxing Day anyway.

  • shahanchowdhury Shahan Chowdhury™ © (@shahanchowdhury) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@bt_uk My phone network is EE

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter Hoare ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

  • lornafaym lornafay (@lornafaym) reported from Seaham, England

Absolutely shocking customer service from @bt_uk this morning. Glad I was already calling to cancel but being ranted at, demanded to re-consider and called crazy just put the nail in the coffin.

  • master_debonair Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

  • HannahH64066087 Hannah Jenkins (@HannahH64066087) reported

@bt_uk The Last we were told was a hub was being couriered out and will be sorted next week! So someone needs to call before not only the above account being cancelled which is my dads - I will also cancel mine

  • mrlondon_ncb Mr London (@mrlondon_ncb) reported

@bt_uk Hi yes I do need your help. I was told a new router was being delivered yesterday, guaranteed to be with me before 1pm Friday. Saturday today and still nothings arrived. This is getting rather silly now.

  • MonsieurStefan Steve Dickson (@MonsieurStefan) reported

@BTCare morning, any reported broadband issues in the DH9 area? Website says no issues but my hubs not connecting (solid orange light).

  • paintofheart20 Heather Mead (@paintofheart20) reported

@Dave_G_Grant @bt_uk Don’t worry next months bill will be reflecting the fact I’ve had no service

  • paintofheart20 Heather Mead (@paintofheart20) reported

@bt_uk There was an open reach engineer at our box yesterday at 3.15 he said he wasn’t there to fix anything only to check something Is it standard practice to send many different engineers to the one box ? Seems very wasteful to me Surely he could have checked it?

  • SarahS447 Sarah (@SarahS447) reported

@btsport so I cancelled bt sport but been sent another bill... which you wont allow me to pay online or via phone as I have no account number (had service through sky) so how the hell do I pay?! 😒

  • treesurgeon47 Marshalls (@treesurgeon47) reported

@bt_uk BT approach to customer services seems to be : 1 Only respond to complaint when customer raises issue on social media 2 After several placatory calls ignore completely 3 Never actually bother solving the issue which was the cause of the original complaint

  • Dave_G_Grant David Grant (@Dave_G_Grant) reported

@bt_uk @paintofheart20 That's BS @bt_uk 5 days without any internet is not acceptable, if it was I new install date your engineers would be out now. You take our money but when help is needed it's not forthcoming #ShameOnYou

  • Malkatron Mal Campbell (@Malkatron) reported

How does 4G provide a faster more reliable service through thin air than @bt_uk can through a fibre optic cable??
