    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    Absolutely shocking customer service from @bt_uk this morning. Glad I was already calling to cancel but being ranted at, demanded to re-consider and called crazy just put the nail in the coffin.

    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

    @bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @bt_uk There’s clearly a problem, would it bot just be easier to send an engineer out? I assume that’s part of what my monthly bill covers? It just seems ridiculous. At one point, a few months ago, an engineer was supposed to be coming out but it just never happened.

    @bt_uk when are you going to stop harassing us over a non-existent outstanding bill? You discontinued our service in August, paid us a refund of nearly £100, and now every month, you send us a threatening letter for non payment. We are now taking legal advice as we are distressed

    @bt_uk My very elderly grandparents have not had a working phone line for over 2 weeks. Keep being told its being looked into. Not only are they paying for a service they are not getting but more importantly should there be an emergency they wouldn't be able to contact anyone.

    You have to laugh at @btsport ,they issuing a flashing images and scenes of violence warning before ufc fights,yeah we are watching it for the violence Then the bloke comes out and calls his opponent a **** ,next week will be May contain bad language flashing lights and violence

    @bt_uk Its everyones house not just ours We cant use our phones as they are now BT digital One engineer coming out isnt going to help.This is not a problem with one house’s broadband its all the houses We have elderly residents who dont use mobiles or have computers.

    @bt_uk Thanks David, but i don't think it is my ps4 works fine with BT Sport has I've had to use that for the time being. My ps5 works fine with sky and netflix. It would appear it is a BT Sports issue/ app issue. As i said it appears a number of othef ps5 users are experiencing this
