Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

It is hard to believe that BT can’t fix it in more than two weeks. My work and family life ruined. BT has pushed me to move out - I have no choice.

You wanted £842.95 for extra construction charges followed by £1733.14 for the same. Just been told you need to cancel the order and start again. Do you treat all customers so badly?
