    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    Call @bt_uk to discuss my current package, when I informed the call handler I was looking to reduce my costs he couldn’t hang up quick enough. Nice one, #customerloyalty bottom of the agenda I guess!

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk I hate you BT! You promised an engineer to connect my new broadband. You even said they would move the poorly installed cable. You Lied! I've just been told nobody will help set it up! The plug won't even fit in the wall and you cut me off last night from my current house

    @btbusinesscare It's not my problem it's yours. It's straightforward enough. All texts that come from your Indian call centre are chargeable to reply to . You make money off customers communication with you and even off their feedback. Disgraceful company policy so nothing to look into
