    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    Incredibly poor service from BT @bt_uk . 3 missed engineer visits. Different excuse each time. Now having to wait 24 hrs before a new appointment can be booked. No Wi-Fi for nearly 2 weeks. Mini hub doesn’t work sufficiently. Husband losing money as he can’t work.

    @bt_uk just had a disgusting letter from a debt collection agency for a BT bill that I do not owe because I do not deal with BT. It has to do with a piece of kit being returned which has been returned already. I dislike BT and will never deal with them.

    @bt_uk Thank you for your reply. I have spoken to 2 customer service advisers over the last 8 weeks and have told them that the kit was returned. My daughter returned it by post.

    @bt_uk hi BT, a wire was cut by engineers killing internet my entire road and customer service says it won’t be fixed until Monday. Pls can you explain how this is an acceptable timeframe?
