@mobile_mag @EE @bt_uk We had Fibre installed by BT to the poles on our lane in 2017. It was never connected, such a a waste of money. Now being replaced but stopping at the property before us 300m away. Infuriating. Stuck on 4G broadband but signal is appalling even with cantenna.

@BTCare My internet is dropping multiple times daily. Solid purple light followed by flashing orange, then orange and finally back to blue. No stability at all and an engineer was only here 2-3 weeks ago!

@bt_uk Not ideal really. The slot is 1PM-6PM which doesn’t help things either having such an open ended time slot. Hard to try and arrange around that when I’ve said something has come up. What happens if I’m unable to attend?

@bt_uk how do I check on any local outages, we have had nothing but problems with our sky internet for which you provide the fibre line for it. I must say that it is a complete pile of utter c%&p. I have been in contact with sky who have escalated it to yourselves once again
