I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"
