Cut off as bill not paid due to error. No communication of any sort before this action taken. Good job nothing really bad happened.!!. Come on BT sort you act out.

If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
