    @bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

    @bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk They’re not with BT, they’re with EE. They’ve been told it is an issue with BT though. Where do we stand. As I said, it’s been over 6 weeks, my dad is ill and needs regular communication with his GP/pharmacy. He doesn’t have a mobile@phone so this is important.

    @BTCare The fault was reported on 26 August according to BT records. It's October and it STILL is NOT fixed!! Absolute disgrace. Please escalate & fix

    @btsport pls can you stop taking money out of my account. I have attempted to terminate a service I never had yet you continue to take my money for sports. I have called you numerous times to cancel and still every month the money goes out. I have spent hrs trying to sort!!!!
