Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
