@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk Nope. I waited over 2 hours then called up myself. It’s not good enough. None of my callbacks have been delivered as promised. And my issue is still unresolved. I can’t book an engineer appt because my account is an “exception” on the system and no one can clear it. Ludicrous.
