@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

@bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Thanks @bt_uk for getting us to switch over to you from @SkyHelpTeam only to not switch over our WiFi on the correct date. Means we’re left the entire weekend without WiFi AND can’t work from home on Monday until you ‘try’ to fix it again. So much for a better offering.

@dogandbaglady @bt_uk When you agree to a contract, you get a cooling off period and if you don't cancel during that time you're in a contract for the term agreed. Ofc cancelling early will incur a charge... same as a phone contract would. Is this not common knowledge?
