It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Traditional ISPs could be out of business soon when Starlink achieves their 10Gbps target and economies of scale (leading to significant cost declines in the service).
