  • alanburkittgray Alan Burkitt-Gray (@alanburkittgray) reported from London, England

  • TherionWare Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk My current bill for £55.99 does not appear to take account of the 27 days my broadband/digital voice service was out for. What happened to the alleged "automatic compensation"?

  • whitedan2001 Dan White (@whitedan2001) reported from London, England

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

  • TherionWare Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

  • richardfoster1 Richard Foster (@richardfoster1) reported from London, England

@bt_uk just switched over to BT broadband (with @EE ) but no internet. Equipment worked fine on precious EE connection… help!

  • robsmithrugby Rob Smith (@robsmithrugby) reported from Tring, England

Just been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

  • robsmithrugby Rob Smith (@robsmithrugby) reported from Tring, England

Excited as I move into Day 5 of Wi-Fi failure and hope of engineers visit @bt_uk and @BTGroup As yet just silence. Not keen to pop down the shops. Guessing the repair work will take for my 5 day wait about 30mins. Productivity eh, who needs it. Why no local maintenance beyond me

  • Timmsantiques S & S Timms Antiques (@Timmsantiques) reported from Toddington, England

@btbusinesscare Whys you smarthub 2 wifi performance so horrific today? Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Nothing in my setup has changed, but every one of my wifi devices is constantly disconnecting/reconnecting???

  • justcryhavoc Ororo Munroe (@justcryhavoc) reported from London, England

@btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

  • nadinematheson Nadine Matheson (@nadinematheson) reported from London, England

Ring doorbell is down, #alexa is down - is it just me or is this happening anywhere else? @bt_uk

  • spoonrmicroblog Martin Spooner (@spoonrmicroblog) reported from Luton, England

  • spoonrmicroblog Martin Spooner (@spoonrmicroblog) reported from Luton, England

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

  • killawat Martin Watson (@killawat) reported from Luton, England

Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

  • _LannyWalker Lanny (@_LannyWalker) reported from London, England

Why raise my hopes with an installation date when the pole issue was obviously known beforehand? Now I have to wait on slo mo copper wires again @bt_uk

  • _LannyWalker Lanny (@_LannyWalker) reported from London, England

@bt_uk spoke too soon. The pole outside is defective and needs replacing. Note, my neighbour has been having the same issue which started In February

  • GursSehmi Gurs Sehmi (@GursSehmi) reported from Hertfordshire, England

I'm feeling really liberated since I cancelled @bt_uk service! I now no longer have to deal with the worst service known to man. I am soon cancelling @skytv , and they have the second worst!!

  • Barneteye Roger Tichborne/Rog T (@Barneteye) reported from Barnet, England

@andrewsduncan1 @btsport They have a policy of employing crap analysts

  • phil_k92 Philip Krajewski (@phil_k92) reported from Nash Mills, England

@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

  • loobylou470 Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England

@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

  • ManyaBlanca Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare If I'm not next to the router, no internet access at all. If I'm less than 1M, it's gone. Why are you providing rather ****** mobile data for a business account? I'd wish up a cute for cancer faster than you'd give customer service

  • ManyaBlanca Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Now it's gone altogether and no sign of it coming back. So we can cancel this bs of a contract right? Or should we take it to a small claims court?

  • excitedpixels Jeremy Wood (@excitedpixels) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.

  • MouldyOldDoh MOD (@MouldyOldDoh) reported

@btbusinesscare Being able to fix things yourself, that the supplier got wrong, is not a sales argument. Be better.

  • pop_ruth Ruthyxx (@pop_ruth) reported

@bt_uk hi can you help our bills have gone up within a month no idea why and very confused

  • FACoachdazza ⚒️Darren Skingle⚒️ (@FACoachdazza) reported

  • anniefoss annie sands (@anniefoss) reported

Is the 4g hub down again? @bt_uk thanks

  • beccasiann becca (@beccasiann) reported

@bt_uk can someone please help? Our hub has a solid blue light but we have no internet connection 🫠

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach There is no issue with minimum radius, sharp or too many bends. It's a run from a pole right outside with updated service to it... I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.
