Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

V poor service from @bt_uk No home broadband service since Saturday & two booked appointments this week where engineer has failed to turn up. As a physically disabled person, I now face another weekend with no access to the assistive smart devices that I very much rely on... :-(

@about_jon @bt_uk Similar issues for me. I recently changed to a new package with BT on a 24 month contract. Go live was meant to be today; instead, I now have no service at all. I spoke to a representative this morning who has raised a complaint on my behalf but still no service all day.

1/ @bt_uk Before you consider switching to BT, do consider: - they’ll cut you off (broadband, TV, landline) without notification. - when the reason, ‘billing issue’, appears a mistake, it will take 24 hours to be reconnected.
