@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@bt_uk Please be aware everyone that British telecom do not care about their customers and I urge you not to aquire their broadband services. I have been ripped off this year after being a loyal customer for 5 years. Absolutely disgusted and I suggest you shop elsewhere

@bt_uk I need to get an new hub, but not paying the extra it costs as the one we currently have isn’t doing it’s job properly but don’t agree with paying that price as already paying for a below standard service. Should be included surely.
