I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!
