  My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

  @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services.   @bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

  @bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
