@bt_uk I’ve been with BT for over two years with fibre and it’s been great. Now the router keeps playing up I called for support and get told it’s fine after testing the line. It’s frustrating when you get treated like an idiot. Loyalty means nothing. Just replace the router 😡😡😡

@bt_uk when I text Fix it constantly says a BT engineer is coming out and then they dont show. Weve had multiple engineer visits. We'll be changing providers in the next 2 weeks.

Hi @bt_uk It's been ten days since I raised an issue with you and I've heard nothing back, other than an acknowledgement of the complaint, saying you're "looking into it" and will "contact me soon." As a long term customer of yours, is this really acceptable customer service?
