    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @btsport it’s come to a point we’re it is becoming to expensive to watch Bt sport for me , and time to cancel my Bt sport football , it’s a shame really, how people afford it , is beyond me.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    @jamclarkey @bt_uk Unfortunately I get an error when trying online - and when I call they just keep referring me back to the website! Been going round in circles for weeks. Asking for a manager gets you hung up on - I’ve yet to speak to someone who can actually help! (Bar the SM team previously!)

    @OpenreachHelp Right, but @bt_uk have lied to us about fix dates for three weeks - they’ve also lied continuously about your engineers being on location to fix the issue. So surely you’re able to see when your engineers are scheduled to be on site to finally sort this out?

    @btsportcricket Quality of btsport coverage of England women's 1st ODI in Antigua was insulting. Poor pictures maybe down to hosts but they need to fix the clueless commentary and laughable scoring. Tammy 'Bewmonts' ghost was a 3rd not out batter for most of the England innings

    @bt_uk The service with EE but we’ve been told that it’s a BT phone line therefore they’re the ones that will be fixing it as it’s an external fault. We’ve been told nearly every day since last week that an engineer would be out but they keep postponing to the next day.

    So, a member of the call center at @bt_uk previously said ‘**** you’ and hung up on me. I asked for a recording of the call and conveniently the recording ends when she says it. They’re leaving it at that. Which means they think it’s fine for that to happen. Great work @BTCare.

    @bt_uk Absolutely no point dealing with your team - all beyond useless and we’ve been lied to constantly about fix dates. Imagine me showing up to work for three weeks and doing nothing and still expecting to be paid? Surely you have to sort this @OpenreachHelp.
