    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

    @bt_uk Just says it is normally fixed within 24 hours, I can't be without Internet for that long, I know it doesn't sound long but it is going to cause significant issues for me due to the systems I have to access to be able to do my job

    Why don’t @bt_uk install Wi-Fi hot spots in every Hospital in the U.K. because the unsecured Cloud network they provide free to registered user is for most of the time unusable. Security software and VPN’s hate the unsecured Wi-Fi network

    @Jackybbz14 @bt_uk I'm just outside London and have a guaranteed speed of 1mpbs... don't get your hopes up mate..even when the fibre gets laid they cancel your appointment .. 3 months so far.. beyond useless
