peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England@bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!
