I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!
