@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

@bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

@bt_uk BT hate me, is it cos I’m #disabled? They illegally turned me off 13 Sept after a fraudulent request 2 steal my service they then promised to turn it on Oct 31 nope, now 10 Nov, but guess what the temp mini wifi has been turned off! Now I got nothing again #HateCrime
