It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. For that I get a 4G dongle in case my Broadband goes down at home and all for just an extra £12 a month. So now I can have **** Broadband and **** 4G reception in my area for just £12 extra a month.

Simon Gibbs (@energyUK) reported@bt_uk Hi - this doesn’t seem to have settled yet. Upload seems about right (110mbps) but download fluctuates between 220-440mbps. These are great speeds - but not what I’m paying for. I can’t use the My Bt app to do a speed test as it errors every time. Any suggestions would be great!
