  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

  @BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

  @bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

  @bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

  @brian_mcbride1 @bt_uk That's similar experience to my 90 year old mother's complaint about digital switchover and contract renewal. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.

  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64
