Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Horrid at streaming anything. This is unacceptable, when we call up, you tell us to reset and that achieves nothing. Please sort it out!
