@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

@btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

@bt_uk My wife paid for 5 days of broadband #BTWifi in our new house to bridge the gap before our broadband is installed. It is expensive and keeps dropping out VERY VERY unimpressed. Plus Not enough customer service reps to answer phones.

@bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV It's one thing for dad who has a mobile too and doesn't rely so much on his landline, for example to be linked up to medical equipment/an alarm, to have it totally out of action months on end.
