    @AS0151 @bt_uk Both my S21 and ipad are on 4g and are perfect ... very fast everywhere in the house but this little hub is terrible .. its not the signal

    @btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

    @bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

    I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

    @bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

    @bt_uk I still have no fibre broadband connection, it's the 4th day now having to rely on hybrid connect, which we only have a moderate signal to the network

    @btsport BT Sport tonight absolutely biased towards Burnley! Jake! ROBBIE Sav, and commentator on the game were all Burnley biased! How can you not call Stuart Appwell out for his poor decisions against Man Utd in the LAST TWO GAMEs. I call on the FA to hold Appwell to account!

    @btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

    @Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

    @AS0151 @bt_uk Luckily I have unlimited data on my phone contract so I am using it as a hotspot with no problem.. if we connect to the hub it all dies

    @bt_uk I have a call raised weekly and know the names of every BT engineer in the area as they are here that often. We regularly get less than 1Mb and you can’t fix! When want to cancel get told it’s £706 unacceptable!

    @BTWholesale @EDP24 @bt_uk Is this acceptable? I have no exit out of my kitchen!!! I asked for the master socket to be moved in June 2022 and still noone can help me or tell me when this can happen? This is all due to an error between BT wholesale & open reach!

    So @bt_uk the village has in the past year had cable installed. Only found out by speaking to the people ripping up the pavement. So if I tied myself to a 24 month contract with BT and cable internet becomes available I CANNOT use the better service for 2 YEARS !!!

    @bt_uk I’ve had all kinds of - cube - internal - external. No one finds anything. Or they do and they “fix” it and then the problem comes back. I’ve been unable to connect for an hour now. I just want a solution once and for all. I don’t have time to keep going through this.
