Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

@DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

@NationCymru One of the greatest problems is companies can’t invest in fixing Wales’s woeful broadband. Decades of profit skimming by @bt_uk exploring their Openreach monopoly have meant little significant improvement. Also investment in IT equipment is costly and will need help.

Have never been treated so poorly as a new customer than by @bt_uk. Waiting for fibre installation to be completed with only a patchy mobile data connection. 20+ calls and 1 week later, no connection, no answers, no call backs and conflicting advice. About to give up entirely.

@bt_uk I have, thanks. I think it’s a bit unusual to be repeatedly told to expect a message which never arrives... I worry that something is wrong with this order or perhaps the customer service needs improving?

@bt_uk poor security on your one-time pin process. If someone types in bt landline number and clicks forgotten details you show them a masked mobile number associated with account. Why expose any of the mobile number? Scammers are using this during calls to sound more convincing

Any Wi-Fi wiz kids able to help? Cant get fibre to our property yet. With @bt_uk and average less than 2mb download speed - not ideal for 2 people working from home. Last 7+ days our signal constantly drops and often can’t connect to apps. No fault on our line. Help?

1) I'm not usually one to do this sort of thing, but if anyone is ever considering becoming a customer of @bt_uk, my advice is DON'T! Despite being a customer for literally decades, upon developing an issue with our broadband in MID-SEPTEMBER, they still haven't fixed it.
