Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
