    @btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

    @Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

    @MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

    @bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. I’m paying full price for freeview! I demand compensation and a quick resolve as this is just embarrassing for @bt_uk

    @bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service to my mum who had shielded since March 2020! She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

    @bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?

    @btsport BT Sport tonight absolutely biased towards Burnley! Jake! ROBBIE Sav, and commentator on the game were all Burnley biased! How can you not call Stuart Appwell out for his poor decisions against Man Utd in the LAST TWO GAMEs. I call on the FA to hold Appwell to account!

    @bt_uk the light on my hub is purple and has been all afternoon. I’ve turned it on and off multiple times. Still no internet. Can someone help me please!

    @btsport @btsportfootball what I would change in football. Cancel injury time and adopt rugby rules. Clock stops at half time and fulltime and whistle blows when ball out of play.

    @bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

    @bt_uk I’ve still not had a callback and it’s approaching 9pm. This is very concerning and alarming that this is the way a customer complaint is being dealt like. This is a breach of guidelines set by @Ofcom on customer complaints handling. I want a senior manager to call me back.

    @btsport is there an issue with the app now on Sony Bravia TVs. App has no option to open anymore only to uninstall? I was only watching it yesterday.

    @bt_uk now it gets better, i was promised a much earlier reconnection due to the domestic issues... NOW TO BE TOLD THAT NO THATS NOT GONNA BE DONE, WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?! and to just wait and i have no active order, this is bullshit

    @btcare @financialombuds I have rang in and been told numerous times that I would receive a callback from a manager to resolve my complaint. But this has not happened. I’ve received poor broadband service for 3 months and now evidence of further poor customer service
