I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.
