    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

    @btsport @dallaglio8 @WaspsRugby What about #CustomerTalk DD getting canceled tomorrow as no income #selfemployed means no cash to pay for a football service I was paying for & you don’t have. Be like @skytv & play the game!

    @jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

    @SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @bt_uk agreed to @jugglerbry, my queries are not being answered despite being on hold on customer service phone line for 1 hour and get very poor response on cancelling my BT broadband service.

    @virginmedia Now its 3pm estimate ...so over 24 hours no internet ..wow ....for WFH guys this is a nightmare ...good going Virgin ...I doubt I will recommend it to anyone ....Never had such big downtime with @SkyHelpTeam or even @bt_uk

    @bt_uk It's happened 5 times in just under 60 minutes. It gets to a point where you don't answer/just hang up and that could be important work calls I'm missing. But if you engage with the scammers, they call back all the more. It needs to stop.

    @bt_uk Hiya, I got a text yesterday saying the service had been fixed, all seemed ok but it’s gone down again this morning. We have an engineer coming out so hopefully they’ll be able to see what the issue is

    @bt_uk @hscrutton Found out about this disaster from @PrivateEyeNews - you will lose all phone service in a power cut. The sensible keep a corded phone to plug in when the power goes, but that will no longer work. Anyone with no mobile coverage is stuffed - that's a lot of us.
