@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

@VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

@EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

@EE 👉Your prices are extortionate. 👉You don’t reward loyalty, or make an effort to keep customers. 👉The yearly price rise on a contract is a joke. How can people budget ? I will be looking for a network that doesn’t charge that. 👉It’s pure greed.

@EE Yep. I got shafted with an £85 a month 2 year phone contract, nearly 2k for a phone that is now worth 300 Max. Would NEVER do it again. There should be a cap of 50 pounds really. Just get people in debt with contracts like this. Ridiculous amount for a phone.

@EE On my last few renewals you have failed to offer me a discount or matched an existing offer by your competitors. Your price plans used to be one of the best value but now your are one of the most expensive. You do not reward long term customer and offers are few and far between.
