The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.

Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!
