    @EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

    @EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

    @EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

    @EE find myself in Germany with an EE WIFI Mini which connects to the 02 carrier but wont allow me to connect to the internet. Apparently because the store didnt tell me I had to make a connection from the UK first. Thanks for all your help so far. EE=ErrorsEverytime

    @wba_jacob not being funny but the cheek of this company to put the prices up sky high and still provide some of the worst internet i’ve ever seen in my lifetime is absolutely fraudulent don’t know why we haven’t cancelled the contract with this lot @ee sort out your servers

    @EE I’ve had my own personal account for over 9 years.. just tried to renew mine and mums number and the quotes are so ridiculous that we’re considering leaving / have left - appalled at the service, there’s no loyalty for existing customers & advisor wasn’t bothered! We’ve 1/2
