@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

@EE : Last two days, same issue, approx same time: Broadband router wont let connected devices access to internet, or admin access to router mgmt page, all lights green (wireless/internet flickering away). Needing 3-4 hard reboots and threats of violence to make it behave #help

Yet again @EE go above and beyond with their fantastic customer service... 7pm last night using the texting service for an upgrade, and by 9am this morning the new phone had been delivered... can not ever fault there customer service! 100% every time
