    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

    @EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

    @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

    @Evertonzck @ThreeUK @Apple @EE @TheO2 @VodafoneUK Waited 2 hours to speak to customer relations at Three. Finally someone explained to me that it’s basically because Apple hasn’t delivered the phones to anyone and they’re waiting for a new batch...

    @EE 2/2 is acceptable and your customer service over the phone is very rude, we will be making a formal complaint about the whole thing, and I will continue to slate you over social media

    @EE Hi Jo - my data speeds seem to be non-existent or extremely slow in E13 and E15 (I’m commuting right now).

    @EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

    @EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

    @EE It can be downloaded directly now from Google and loaded using adb. Fingerprint unlock slightly better but still terrible with a screen protector and very very bad in comparison to other phones. Apart from that. I like it.

    @EdNurse3 @cjingle1990 @EE I had a bad experience and wouldn't go back to ee but everyone to there own. There staff in the Bilston ranch are terrible so u professional because of then I would never be an ee customer no matter what the deal was on offer

    @EE hello, for over a week now I haven't been receiving text messages from some people and it's starting to get annoying. We've tested it, they receive my texts but I receive nothing back. Is this an on going issue?

    @EE so My Mam went into the Metro centre store on Sunday and has been misssold a sim only contract by lass called sheilna I rang EE last night to cancel this to be told after 1 hour of being past from pillow to post that EE CANT DO ANYTHING to solve this. What a joke.

    @2m0sql @EE As far as we can tell from calls we've managed on the hospital phone, he's got signal. Also, if phone can't be reached by network for x amount of time (set by network timers), calls should automatically be forwarded to voicemail.

    @SkyNews #O2 better a get move on. We still only get 1 bar of 3G in SW20 after months of automated texts saying “Sorry a mast is down in your area ”. No 4G or 5G at all. They haven’t bothered to fix it for months. I switched to @EE and get 5 bars 5G. I regret I didn’t switch earlier.
