  @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

  @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

  @EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

  @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.
