    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE I canโ€™t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. Iโ€™ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

    @EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    @EE ๐Ÿ˜‚ ffs, Iโ€™ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and donโ€™t replace them. Itโ€™s your reception thatโ€™s gone to ๐Ÿ’ฉ over the past few weeks so please donโ€™t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

    @EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

    @EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didnโ€™t know you have a shop in enfield....

    @EE Guys you should maybe rethink who you use to deliver products to customers because it could end up looking bad for your reputation too. Ordered a phone to be delivered on Tuesday, the courier then couldn't deliver it until Thursday as there was a delay and then

    @EE Shame on you ee! My 80 year old mother was mis-sold a business mobile contract for 36 months @ ยฃ48 per month #Disgraceful. Customer service hide behind t&c's, hang your heads in shame, you are stealing money out of the pockets of elderly and vulnerable people.

    @EE Why it it you ask people to verify before they can top up a sim ?? Iโ€™m using it for w mobile data only in a router wonโ€™t let you register as not a mobile customer either as broadband customer so left out of pocket for a SIM card that doesnโ€™t work!!
