Stuart Marshall (@MrMclarenNUFC) reported@EE I understand this isn’t directly you. But we are being lied to. Everyone locally is complaining. And nothings being done. -
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE why on earth must this signing up for a broadband service be so difficult and confusing?? My previous address is wholly irrelevant, as is my employment history! I hope you're not going to try and isntall BB at my previous address!
-
HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.
