    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

    @ee @MarcAllera The reason for the lie is easy to guess. Commission on sales. However I agree to order and wait. Long process follows. Including sending a text to my phone for ID. Sent 4 times, never arrives. Find out later it was sent to my daughter’s phone. Id alternative way 5
