  @EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

  I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

  Ok, my mb isn't that old. I'm being bombarded with messages from @EE to upgrade! Now notifications are hit & miss. Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

  @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
