Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

Marc Flores (@marcflores) reported from East Ham, England@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

Finally someone explained to me that it’s basically because Apple hasn’t delivered the phones to anyone and they’re waiting for a new batch...

Mark 'Jimmy' Hickford (@M0MJH) reported@2m0sql @EE As far as we can tell from calls we've managed on the hospital phone, he's got signal. Also, if phone can't be reached by network for x amount of time (set by network timers), calls should automatically be forwarded to voicemail.

Matt Smith (@mflea890) reported@SkyNews #O2 better a get move on. We still only get 1 bar of 3G in SW20 after months of automated texts saying “Sorry a mast is down in your area ”. No 4G or 5G at all. They haven’t bothered to fix it for months. I switched to @EE and get 5 bars 5G. I regret I didn’t switch earlier.
