Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

Gary Green (@GaryGreen28) reported from Potters Bar, England@EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?
