@EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

@EE Yes I don’t that a number of times over the past few weeks , I only ever have issues in the DA9 area it’s worse at Bluewater I know I am not the only one as I have looked on FB and a number of people have said the same

@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

@zsk Interesting article. My experience going to @ManUtd with an @EE phone for years is it’s a data black hole on match day. 5g phone hasn’t improved it.. I get nothing.. clearly other users do but not sure why it’s so bad. I can’t message , post , check BBC etc

@EE Thank you for getting back to me. I managed to someone and the phone will arrive a week after I ordered it. Not ideal but @DPDgroup_news don’t seem to care about customer service and I’m aware it is their fault. As a customer i will now try to avoid them all the time.

@rbax73 @EE Utterly apauling given all your already dealing with sorry to hear this, I've recently delt with EE husbands account had to speak to their bereavement department gave support options definitely incurred no futher cost because of his loss informed me not allowed hope this helps

Called to advise @EE - told to present ID in store before they could speak to me. Started getting debt collection letters. Presented ID, called back and was told that yes, EE would enforce a contract against a bereaved daughter who has never had access to the handset/SIM. 3/

@EE My phone cuts calls off, goes straight to voicemail even when it is turned on and no settings to go through to voicemail. My phone even loses network moving to a different room. I am only 3 miles from a large city centre and dont live in the middle of nowhere
