Tianna, the Writer 🌺 (@rebirthoftee) reported from Brentford, England
@EE back on their bullshit again, I see. Instead of texting all of their customers to warn them theres a network issue that they've known about for over an hour they're responding to a select few on social media.
-
Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England
@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

-
David Nunn (@mrdavidnunn) reported from London, England
@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.
-
Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England
@TerrySpringer19 @EE My own personal phone and Sim cards. Still down.
-
Maya Stone (@elusivemoment) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England
@EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.
-
Damian Kinsella (@damokins82) reported from Hounslow, England
Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!
-
Borja Bilbao (@Borja_Bilbao) reported from Hounslow, England
@EE Just looking for a network provider that works. Seems obvious but sometimes it isn't... I'm checking options in the next few days.
-
William Clark (@Will527) reported from London, England
@EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.
-
Allan Page (@PagesPlumbers) reported from Spelthorne District, England
@EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE
-
Barry mcardle (@Bjmcardle) reported from Wandsworth, England
@EE Great Customer service from these guys. Very prompt response
-
Allan Page (@PagesPlumbers) reported from Spelthorne District, England
@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.
-
Mo S (@teamgeeza) reported from Watford, England
@EE you have a broadband issue and long queues! Worst service I have experienced. Clearly an outage. Not happy :( bring back @OlafSwantee

Tianna, the Writer 🌺 (@rebirthoftee) reported from Brentford, England
@CairoMcF @EE They're getting on my damn nerves
-
Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England
@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough
-
Sameer 🏴 (@gooey89) reported from Richmond, England
@EE any chance you guys can get your service working again. Currently have no network at all. I assume that you wont be compensating customers that cant use a service they pay for.....
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Bruno Alves de Sousa (@M3th0sx) reported
@CaptSauve @EE Yup I’ll be doing the same. I’m not that faithful that I’ll let a network screw me over. As someone that travels quite often2 Portugal I rely on readily available data. I won’t b paying more money on top of what I pay already 4 unlimited data. Can we hv some clarification @EE ?
-
Quintin Young (@thequintiny) reported
@drdavidbull @EE Total rip off I’ve been a loyal business customer for years Time for a change
-
Kishan Sodha (@kishywishywoo) reported
@BBCNews @EE poor to capitalise on something like this. 2 contracts with you will be moving when they are due to change.
-
John (@j_macca7) reported
@davidschneider @jarvefromossy EE previously said it had no plans to reintroduce roaming charges. It wasn’t an issue unless of course you knew they actually would, which you didn’t. If you want to blame somebody, blame @EE
-
Alec Cowan (@CowanAlec) reported
@EE Just to inform you,no doubt like countless others will, that you can ram your network up your arse you thieving bastards. I will not be paying any roaming charges to use my phone in the EU and will change my provider at the earliest opportunity.
-
Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England
@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".
-
ijh == (@1stjanna) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Two mobile operators that broadly share the same network & infrastructure and you don’t think 3 wont follow.🤔
-
James Rees (@Jimlibob) reported
@StanCollymore @EE Problem is they will all follow suit and EE know this. The 'dividends' and 'control' were never going to be for the little people.
-
Iain4Europe #FBPE 🏴 🇧🇪 🇪🇺 (@iain4europe) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK It was only a matter of time before the phone companies reintroduced roaming charges, now that we are no longer EU members. Yet more evidence that leaving the EU was a stupid idea.
-
robert arnold (@roberta44873733) reported
@EE Hi...do the new EU roaming charges only apply to new customers or existing customer upgrades contracted after 7th July? So if I don't upgrade I won't incur this charge?
