.@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

  • gooey89 Sameer 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@gooey89) reported from Richmond, England

@EE any chance you guys can get your service working again. Currently have no network at all. I assume that you wont be compensating customers that cant use a service they pay for.....

.@EE Thanks so much for being super efficient turning off my Wi-Fi before I had actually moved out of my home. Such a shame you couldn't be more efficient with setting up the same service in my new place! 👏👏👏

  • Starnow1 John Townsend (@Starnow1) reported from Eltham, England

Replacing sim only with a new phone - have 6 lines on one account with @EE and never missed a payment - not credit worthy for £43 per mth contract but can have £53 per mth contract #ripoff #annoyed #thinkingofleaving

  • Will_Lintern Will Lintern (@Will_Lintern) reported from Eltham, England

@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

  • being_h_u_m_a_n 𝕆𝕞𝕒𝕣 (@being_h_u_m_a_n) reported from Eltham, England

@EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

@EE I do use Apple Music but never via my phone bill. I pay for it separately and always have done.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Ok well that's a shame, because I've been a customer of EE since 2010 (and Orange before that). I'm now looking at satellite broadband, which I'm told is expensive... Turns out it's the same monthly price I'm paying for 1Mbps 🙄

  • DavidBayley13 David Bayley (@DavidBayley13) reported

@EE Your website seems to be broken! Won’t allow me to go past checkout

  • JD0411jd JD0411 (@JD0411jd) reported

@EE please do something to improve the 4g or Signal strength for the area G69 Glasgow. Lucky if we get one bar. Practically no chance. Disgraceful phone power lasts half as normal as phone constantly searching. Does roaming work in UK.

  • shawsyuk1 M124PQ (@shawsyuk1) reported

@EE congratulations on your commitment to excellent customer care which has had me go through 8 options to hold for 20+minutes and then cut me off.....genius!!! Absolutely shocking service and zero forum to actually get a response.....#kevinsaliar

  • karenvernon8 Karen Vernon (@karenvernon8) reported

@_liz18x @EE I am still waiting for a returns bag for the 4GEE router I no longer use. And they have told me they won't cancel my contract until they receive the router back. Talk about a catch 22 situation. Appalling customer service.

  • bacontuna RichABacon (@bacontuna) reported

@glossyprince @jayrayner1 @EE but that cost would then be for an extra service provided by them, so you'd then need a VAT invoice for the supply of a VAT invoice!

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Yeah I've already got a data booster box from you, so I can use my mobile at home, because there is no 4G signal where I live. However, that booster box relies on the router and its 1Mbps speed. How would a 4G router work?

  • DavidBayley13 David Bayley (@DavidBayley13) reported

@EE Checkout is still not working.

  • KestrelWaves Naomi Knowles (@KestrelWaves) reported

@foxtrotluna @EE I've had similar difficulties with other service providers. Until I politely reminded them that if my deed poll was good enough for HMRC, HMPO and the DVLA - why was that not the case for them?
