    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    @Chedderrs @EE Just been on the phone with #ee for over an hour trying to resolve "diagnostics on my device" when it is clearly a network issue? I asked how long it will take to resolve, an hour, a day or a week? and she said it shouldn't take that long but cannot confirm, so it might be a week

    @EE problems with mobile internet for the last hour and even though my area had issues for weeks, it never effected my signal so I think this is a wider issue, 150 high call volume and chat busy. Only Facebook app works strangely!
