Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE I don’t know what’s happened but the signal lately has been awful, my calls keep cutting out. This is extremely unhelpful when making calls for work. Customer service stated that I should use wifi calling. So now paying for a service I’m not getting. Very unhappy #fuming

@EE EE staff are very quick to blame new handsets as opposed to accepting network isnt of great quality in many locations. The dropped calls for me have been an ongoing issue. I have been through all troubleshooting guides so get it fixed.
