    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    @EE The service is definitely faster with roaming on. Without roaming YouTube doesn’t load, Twitter is very slow etc. With it on, I can watch YouTube in 720p. All I really want to know is whether I’ll be charged for using it. And no I’m not travelling soon only within the UK.

    @EE they cant do more upfront deposits, so monthly does not change, unfortunately, your UX and Service Designers should understand more about users, and what is a PACKAGE BUILDER. As a customer, I should have the freedom to choose the BASIC terms of the contract. any company does it.

    @EE Hello, I am currently abroad and not sure when I'll be back yet. I Can't call.I paid my bill as my account said it was closed.I need my number activated again it's an emergency as it's the only UK number I have and I don't have access to call or receive msgs.
