    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

    @EE That wasn’t my issue here, this issue is the online chat not being available again. It hasn’t worked all week. My iPhone battery is getting very hot and I’m still within my first year of this contract so I need a new handset
