  • stevejax2003 Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

  • mandyphin28 Mandyphin28 (@mandyphin28) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE . Your customer service is terrible. I will be gone as soon as possible. Been with #EE for 15 years. Goodbye 👋

  • VeenaPa42103967 Veena Patel (@VeenaPa42103967) reported from Croydon, England

@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

  • gothtink696 Jenny Sanders (@gothtink696) reported from Croydon, England

  • PaulKohlerSW19 Cllr Paul Kohler🔶SW19 (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported from Merton, England

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

  • RaviDheer Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

  • DanWantsTech Dan Flynn (@DanWantsTech) reported from Twickenham, England

@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

  • BakahJosephine Josephine Bakah (@BakahJosephine) reported from London, England

@EE pls put a stop to the snake Ad. It's horrible and traumatising.

  • DeanVipond Dean Vipond (@DeanVipond) reported

@EE Thanks for following up. I hit “like” to acknowledge the reply. I did a bit of Googling and it looks like the smart router doesn’t support WiFi 6. Thanks.

  • globalhoohan Andy Haughan (@globalhoohan) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Why don’t you come up and meet your customers on the ‘frontline’ in Uig, Isle of Lewis. We’ve got some feedback on your customer service to share with you. Just don’t expect to make any calls or use WiFi while you visit us. Open invite, come and hear it first hand.

  • garylaverynlp Gary Lavery NLP (@garylaverynlp) reported

Why don’t the advisors at @ee contact centres announce WHY I AM CALL UP to each other, instead of blind transferring calls NIGHTMARE, I’ve now had to explain 4 TIMES the reason for my call and still no solutions. 0ver 1 hour trying to find a solution. #CustomerService …

  • acvc90 Alastair (@acvc90) reported

@EE Who validated your marketing claims of being the “UK’s best network”? On @VodafoneUK I could comfortably hotspot and work from the train. On your network it’s mostly unusable 3G.

  • MissXyn bald headed demon (@MissXyn) reported

I know this useless @EE is gonna try and charge me after I called TWICEEE to cancel. Glad I called today to triple check and they didn’t cancel.

  • AndySl79 The Pecking Spot (@AndySl79) reported

@kayderella @EE 100%. Had loads of problems with my broadband then they messed up the landline and it's not been working for the last 3 months. Good job we have mobiles (cell phones for those on the other side of the pond)

  • YardleyShooting Mike Yardley (@YardleyShooting) reported

EE isn't perfect, but I've stayed with them because they've good, functional, call centres. You can talk to real, sensible, people & they sort problems out quickly. I have had some signal issues with @EE. I don't think their coverage is as good as they claim but I like the staff.

  • kivia_m Kivia Martins (@kivia_m) reported

@EE it’s outrageous to hear that I have to wait 4 working days to have my internet back. You are a PHONE company so the least I expect from you is to send your engineers ASAP to fix your consumers issues. Absolutely disrespectful! I’m contacting OfCom now!

  • LittleGemMeady Meady (@LittleGemMeady) reported

@EE is there broadband issues in Fleet Hampshire??

  • jornmadslien Jorn Madslien - TheJornalist.com (@jornmadslien) reported

@EE Thanks for your prompt and helpful response. Indicative of @EE customer support, and very different from the forceful, at times unreasonable and unprofessional responses I’ve had from @BritishTelecoms. But it is perhaps a great company. My anecdotal evidence is naturally limited.
