@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE After being a loyal and paying almost double monthly for the privilege on my iphone11 I am from today a @SkyUK mobile customer. The latest iphone13 pro max same plan only £52 instead of £95 new charge increased charges today! 3 phone calls you can’t/won’t match so bye bye!
