Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

Basically, the agentโs rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.
