It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

@EE even tho I purchased roaming add on for USA I’ve been charged nearly £300 for about 40mb of data. An EE representative said this is a known issue 1-3 feb. I’ve cancelled my direct debit pending you fixing the bill. Thx
