I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying.   @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

  After 30 years with @EE t mobile and mercury decided to jump ship as the best deal they could offer was double the price of another provider. Guess it dont pay to be a loyal customer any more
