@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@EE On holiday 🇺🇸 I have a max plan service is intermittent need to turn off / on repeatedly. On for over an hr. Put on hold so he could talk to technical over 40m ago. Clearly forgot me. I'm abroad with limited time to call. I'm vulnerable without a phone abroad alone... 🤔

@EE Couldn't use WiFi calling as I was out all day. I have a disabled relative that had no way to contact me for hours. Just as well nothing had happened. Hope customers are being refunded for the time there was no service. Not paying for something I didn't have!

Hey @EE you've had me on hold waiting to sort out the fact that it's taken you a month to port me from BT. I've been on hold for 45mins waiting to help you resolve this issue. Oh and I've been billed by you for a month when I still had to pay BT because you messed up. Such FUN

@EE @glastonbury I have been in to one of your stores today to use one of their phones to make the insurance claim as my phone is not working. The staff had to wait behind because I was on hold for 2 hours. I am still no further forward.

@EE No call back, ended up waiting 1 hour and 3 minutes to speak to someone, then a further 30 + minutes chatting to technical, altogether 1hour 42 minutes on the phone, for a problem that still exists. Outrageous.
