  @__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying.   @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad
