@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE The best option for me is “I want to cancel one of my lines”. The best reason for you is “none of your business”. Can I be more clear than that? The fact that you let me order within 10s online, but force me to call 150 to cancel is plain stupid.

Pissed off as my @EE Broadband went down again. Just after Richarlison scored!!Only got it less than 2 weeks ago and already had engineer out!!! Great when it works but in all years of having WiFi with various suppliers. Never had to call an engineer out once never mind twice.😡
