    @EE Hi, you just cancelled my Visual VM after new sim.I have deleted the text but I got a message to contact my voicemail at this number right afterwards 0982 652 3214.A recorded message said this will cost you £6, I hung up. can I cancel the charges? Can’t get thru on phone/chat

    @EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

    @pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

    @EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @shutupzac96 @LoverOfTechBA @EE Lucky you though! My S22U with SD, never reached beyond 5 and 1/2 Hours with Social Media usage and normal usage. It wasn't the case though on my S20 earlier which had a better battery life around 7 Hours of SOT.

    @VodafoneUK But Vodafone is in most countries in Europe, as well as many other ROW countries, so this makes your argument invalid, as far as I’m concerned, especially when @EE can offer international roaming! But, it’s the entire customer service experience too, as I already mentioned….

    @EE I've had intermittent "emergency calls only" for the past several days now. What's going on? And will you be supplying a partial refund for my lack of service and the significant inconvenience it's caused as I have been unable to make calls or send/receive texts consistently?
