I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

@EE dont use ee if u want any sort of decent customer service, when they take your money initially they cant help enough, when they mess up your package and you want what u were offered suddenly u see the real customer service side. Ie, not getting back to u, cutting u off

@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

According to @VodafoneUK website the can accommodate my needs immediately. My dad as told me to bite the bullet and just pay @EE Up and put it down as a bad experience. He can't believe that a company we have given 30 years custom to, treats loyalty in this way.
