Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.
