They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. But unfortunately it’s not working and allowing me to use its services. I tap that I’ve joined through EE multiple times.

I’m not sure why it’s become so bad, but I live in hope that things will return to normal SOON.
