    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    @EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

    @EE One of the worst companies I have dealt with and owned by BT too Loyalty to them appears to mean not one jot But loyalty is a 2 way door so I'll let my dreadful contract run out & walk away All they do is take take take #shockingcustomercare @MartinSLewis @BriTisHTeleCOmz

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

    @EE I think I’m still in the cooling off period. I’m going to cancel my broadband, current speeds are way too slow and the upgrade was supposed to be installed on the 8th and it wasn’t. There’s no way in hell I’m paying for non existent service.

    @EE for the last 4 months 1 mmobile mast has been down in my area causing substandard coverage, I onyl found this out a week ago now a second mast is down I am a disable with heart failure and need more phone for medical cover my reseptiojn is si bad My life could be at risk

    @EE WiFi down for a week!! No explanations, techno bot keeps giving us random times/dates that the problem will be resolved but it’s still not working. And I’m trying to work from home - absolute nightmare

    @EE BT moved me to Fibre2 last night but the connection speed is still slower than with EE. I should never have let you persuade me to move to BT. All that's changed is the router and provider on my side.
