    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didnโ€™t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume itโ€™s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE Don't buy these. They are faulty (glass on back camera) and Samsung won't admit fault and your stuck with a broken faulty phone! #S20SamsungScam

    Hey @EE my dad has had the same number for years but as of this morning it just says โ€œyouโ€™ve dialed an incorrect number...โ€ any ideas? I can call and text everyone else and his partner says she can call him no problems...HELP ๐Ÿ‘€

    @Dinky63387209 @EE If you miss a payment they will charge you instantly but if you miss a job due to their bad network they don't care ๐Ÿซค๐Ÿซค๐Ÿซค you are lost when you are disconnected

    @northolt3103 @EE Yeah the signal has progressively over the last couple of years, after over a decade with @EE I'll probably be leaving for another provider. How you cant get a signal in London is a joke

    @EE you have worst costumer service! You decide to deactivate my SIM card without warning, add to borrow a phone to talk with C S . I was told that a SIM card was on the way, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. @CTSI_UK

    @Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.

    Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just wonโ€™t register at all. Not sure if Iโ€™m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

    Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

    Frustrating that you can't disable voicemail on @EE digital voice landline phones. Causing no end of problems with elderly relatives who can't get to the phone before it activates...

    @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was ยฃ10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

    @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than ยฃ100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I canโ€™t go anywhere else!

    @EE I having consistent connection issues with my broadband its a joke. It disconnects then when I try on the EE app it miraculously connects. I cant keep doing it

    @aftertheflood_ @EE iโ€™m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but canโ€™t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit

    @EE your customer service towards customers that have YEARS of honouring contracts is probably the worst thing ive ever come across, i cant even get my stolen phone replaced. Its the most unprofessional and disgusting service ive ever had
