Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.
