So @EE Im an unhappy customer I pay circa £50 a month for a mediocre phone & contract I have 11 months left on my contract & feel Im being taken for granted Im very dissapointed & dissatisfied I would not recommend your company Do the right thing #MobilePhones #EE #poorservice

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

Why don’t you work together to provide service for vulnerable people. I am vulnerable. Awaiting surgery. @ee Samsung S9 phone - wifi calling has stopped working and there is no EE signal where my mum lives - so wifi calling is essential. It is working okay on her phone. And has worked on mine previously.

@EE are charging a monthly fee of £67.99 to existing customers it is £37.99 and will not negotiate. Ironically they say they have the best network in the UK. I telephoned the call centre and they said they lost contact with the broadband dept as the line had fallen out. RIP off
