@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

@EE Never is though, same problem all the time, yea continually restarting phone etc, so why all the messages almost every day stating that there’s a problem with network if there’s not a problem, I’m at my wits end with EE and their continual denial that there’s a problem !

@EE why has your service been rubbish in the Westcountry lately? Having two bars of 4G means nothing just times out on everything. I pay over the odds for EE as you're meant to have the best coverage and being a courier I need the signal, but it's been costing me time lately.

@EE Andy, you could pick any street in the country and I expect I’d have 1-2 bars and maybe 4G at a push. I don’t know what’s happened but in the last few months but the entire network has been appalling. Made the mistake of convincing my gf to move from O2 to EE and she hates it

@CptSwaggz @ammaccii @EE I think the problem here is less to do with handsets and more to do with the saturation of mmW. The studies previously carried out were on a grown mans head for 60 mins. No studies carried on an unborn foetus or young children with continued exposure as it would be with 5G.
