@EE Broadband the CS and product service for us has gone from 5star to zero 😐 Been with EE mobile for 4 years, recommended my Mrs and recently switched to Ee BB. What a shame. Disappointed. It’s done & dusted. Adios, EE BB. WC, @BT Broadband

@EE Hi sorry I never got a notification of a reply. I'm stressed. This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement. We need it URGENTLY!

@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

@EE I tried the link it was the same. Also ....no I never received anything else after the call but Taylor did say when I was on the call it was all sorted. Which in fairness to her, it was.

@EE awful customer service in EE at @_Metrocentre misold a contract on top of an existing contract. Returned to store hours later to return the sim once realised what happened. Was rudely and embarrassing refused. Horrendous experience and hugely et down. Left ex wife in tears

@EE Now I've opened a new complaint as I've just been informed via BOT that it will be fixed on 5th August 11.08 Spoke to someone at EE , they said it is now a major outage. He will call me back on the 6th August.
