    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    @EE is there some work being undertaken on the network as seems a really slow connection? It has been for a while now. Random cutting out on calls and sites not loading properly. Been with you for years and it's never been this bad.

    @EE you have disconnected my phone line because of your own error. I was on a monthly pack for the last 1.5+ years and you allowed another customer to use my EE mobile number for a monthly billing service. They have since cancelled this, but now I’m left without my phone number

    @EE impossibke to watch any streaming service properly at moment. Constant buffering snd stopping. I have the fastest bbband you offer. Are you traffic managing? Unacceptable on a Friday night in holidays.

    @EE Who's Matt?! Not replied because we rang yourselves, who are coming out after new year to "fix".. When the other half and the kids have gone back to work and school - having watch barely any of the films they had planned to watch (streaming didn't work) How has it taken a month?!

    @EE I’m a new customer and this is very embarrassing. I have been on the phone for over 20 minutes and then I was hung up. I can see this was a mistake. Please can you cancel the order.
