@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE So EE staff in kidderminster trying to tell customers now samsungs med range Phone at all so downgrade instead, then making said customers feel stupid cause they want the phone they want, with lines like Android are all the same. Why not take a A12 over A71 its a downgrade😡🤔

@EE No I went on my app and the offer was there. Your plans are always higher than my original one. I don’t think it’s ever been matched in ten plus years we have upgraded with ee. An upgrade usually means getting a better phone right? I may as well cancel at the end of my contract…
