    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @EE also your network has been down since Thurs, I can see from others EE is down across the UK, its improved a bit as it said no service when the WiFis off but now says 4G but when the WiFi is turned on it says WiFiCall but it only usually says that if Im in themiddle of nowhere

    @Kaaayliii_xo @EE I would call the debt recovery service. That's what DRS stands for, don't open the link just check with the DRS. I've had one for a parking ticket before but this looks much too vague. My message had case and reference number etc

    Here we go again @EE I long for the day I can bin this company off. MyPlace update: Just to let you know, we have a problem near Home which may be affecting service in the area. Everything should be back to normal within 15 hours. We will continue to keep you updated.
