@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

  • AviatorDavid
David Cheung (@AviatorDavid) reported from Hillingdon, England

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

  • GPCamies
Gareth (@GPCamies) reported from Watford, England

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

  • _xxtoniturner
Toni Leigh Turner✨ (@_xxtoniturner) reported from Watford, England

@EE I’ve been paying £90 a month for almost 2 years now to never be able to connect my WiFi or use 4G properly!!! 😡

  • JHollid
Jack Holliday (@JHollid) reported from West Molesey, England

@GraceMandeville @EE You think thats bad, in Canada @virginmedia was tryna charge £5 PER MB, would have cost me £1,000 to download an episode of Breaking Bad 😱☠

  • Borja_Bilbao
Borja Bilbao (@Borja_Bilbao) reported from Hounslow, England

@EE Just looking for a network provider that works. Seems obvious but sometimes it isn't... I'm checking options in the next few days.

  • Leafs1201
Paul Durrant (@Leafs1201) reported from Bushey Heath, England

@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

@EE Also. It was never this bad 12 months ago. Something has changed your end. To many people in the area now with Sizewell C starting and you haven't kept up with the pace and causing a bottle neck. 🤔😳

  • zombiestyled
    TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.

  • tenerifepete
    Peter (@tenerifepete) reported

@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite

  • chris_rosser
    Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

  • 18_eightysix
    W26|D12|L0 (@18_eightysix) reported

so I looked into upgrading my contract with @EE and doing so knocked SEVENTY-NINE points off my credit score? Nah, **** you guys. That's ***************.

  • LeilaniDowding
    leilani dowding 🌸🚜 ☮️ (@LeilaniDowding) reported

@JimBob1046620 @EE There is when you live in the countryside with no mobile service

  • robjohn75
    Robin John (@robjohn75) reported

@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.

  • L1ND4K
    Linda Knott 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@L1ND4K) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.

  • virgodragon864
    Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported

@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
