    @EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    After calling @EE for FIVE days over no Broadband and not getting very far, I Called this morning and spoke to (Maggie, Darlington) not only as she kept me informed about what's happening but as managed to find a solution to the problem. Thank you very much Maggie 👏👏

    @EE not sure what's going on. Had huge issues trying to get EE broadband, kept being told openreach were rejecting. Got numerous emails now confirming installations for three different dates with different prices and not sure what's happening. Can anyone tell me what's going on?!

    @EE I have moved service provider and waited until it showed £0.00 outstanding, now you send me a letter saying I owe you money but can't speak to anyone as my number has now switched provider???
