@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

So I get a call from @EE someone in their sales team who was ignorant and rude, then I put in a complaint. A manager supposed to call me back same day,heard nothing. I call back next day, another manager supposed to call me back,nothing 5 days later. Do you only care about money?

@EE hello my phone is telling me that my mobile data has been turned off by EE and I'm on emergency calls only?? My bill isn't collected until the 31st and there is plenty of money in my account. Any help would be great
