@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

@MichaelCade1 Same. But it regularly drops connection or goes down to KB of speed. Latency is very erratic. Very variable and not good for WFH for the two of us. I’ve got it for another year and won’t renew unless @EE actually gets 5G here.

@KennethJMacLean @EE @BarraIsland No, there's no sign of any action actually being taken. The person I spoke to on the phones had the decency to be horrified but couldn't explain why we're being left with a mostly broken mast. The fault number will get you any updates if they exist.

@KennethJMacLean @EE @BarraIsland I know of at least one public building where the fire alarm system isn't working properly due to the lack of signal. It's such a wide ranging issue because everything relies on a decent 4g signal.

@EE 4th time this week trying to get through to cancel, 4th time sitting for over 20 mins then getting cut off. App and text won’t let me get a pac as I’ve 2 months left and would need to pay to leave, but your service is that bad I’m happy to do that.

@EE waited 25 minutes to get through to someone to help with my account and as soon as the line was picked up, it was put down! Wasted all that time to be hung up on! Absolutely fuming, disgusting service!
