@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

So @EE are accusing me of lying about calling them on a number they gave me to call and have charged me £10 for. Why would I sit on hold to a number for 90mins that wasn’t EE when I was looking for help from their tech department?!
