@EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

@EE It’s about the continued signal issues and having to ring each month and my husband checked yesterday & they haven’t given him his credits I’ve had to buy another sim with another network just to have signal & if I cancelled my contracts they still want to charge me

@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

@EE 3 month my parents in their 70s have been without a landline they were promised when they joined you. Case/complaint is at the ‘highest level’. A department with no phone number. Assured call today at 11-1. No call what are we supposed to do???
