  @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

  @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

  @EE disgusting I have mobile, tablet, internet and tv with you yet can not access it. No one replies to DMs yet you continue to be happy to take payment from my account! Maybe it’s time I cancel direct debt let’s see how long it takes someone to reply then!!!
