Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@TheBlackGate @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
