Lu ๐โ๏ธ (@recklesslntent) reported@EE my dad is calling g about his contract and reducing the price of this. I understand due to RPI and being out of contract the price has gone up. But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesnโt want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent
