@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

DO NOT CHOOSE @VodafoneUK as your broadband. Awful customer service. Horrid broadband service, they throttle your download speeds on unlimited fiber to 800kbs. Their tobi chatbot is broken not to mention the absolutely horrid design of their webpages. abysmal service swap 2 @EE

@EE who do I need to speak to..I have just noticed you have put a default on my credit report back in 2021 for £12!!!!!!! while being already a customer to an address I had left 3 years prior..this is totally unacceptable. Of course I am expecting this default to be removed!!!

@EE on top of this your live chat team tried to upsell a dongle at £7-10 a month for use when I had issues. This should be a free service - why would I pay you more money when you can’t fix the service I pay for in a reasonable time frame?
