@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

  • KevinWNewman Kevin Newman (@KevinWNewman) reported from London, England

@ianvisits Pointless arguing against the machine 🤖! Take your business elsewhere Ian. I’m sure @EE or @O2 will be willing to help out!

  • yusif0ali Yusif Ali (@yusif0ali) reported from London, England

@EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

  • CyclingLawLDN Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@GGbarno @EE Agh tell me about it! Lost count the amount of times I’ve told them I’ve left, send pac code etc. Useless customer service

  • pietergriffin Pieter Le Roux (@pietergriffin) reported from Camberley, England

@EE Too many open accounts - only needed one. Costing me too much. Would still do with advice on how to trim it down further

  • JimmyEllison15 Jimmy Ellison (@JimmyEllison15) reported from London, England

@EE I'm receiving an error 38 message whilst trying to send a text, is there a problem on the network?

  • HrHJamesKnight OnlyGayWorthKnowing (@HrHJamesKnight) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@EE why ain’t I got no service and my WiFi calls are weak my bills not cheap every month I don’t expect to not be able to make a basic phone call

  • pietergriffin Pieter Le Roux (@pietergriffin) reported from Camberley, England

@EE Just to consolidate what I spend - stupid spending the amount I do. I am@thinking of closing my last number 07732409143 as well and perhaps going SIM only

  • sebgarner Sebastian Garner (@sebgarner) reported from Bracknell, England

@EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

  • Hunsy1969 Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England

@Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

  • robinhamilton77 I am Robin (@robinhamilton77) reported from Esher, England

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

  • mmuehlberger Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England

Thanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).

  • HarveyWelch Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  • mmuehlberger Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England

@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

  • CyclingLawLDN Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@EE Thanks Andy, maybe you would like to compensate me for the two + years of paying over and above my agreed service plan too...

  • stanleymotown Stanley Motown (@stanleymotown) reported from London, England

How do @sky and @EE both claim to be network of the year?

  • DomLee1987 DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

  • cm_charu Charu Malhotra (@cm_charu) reported from Wokingham, England

Please help, with some compassion @EE team , dealing with our grief is being made worse by your bureaucracy

  • dazzgedd73 dazz ii am (@dazzgedd73) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@EE can you confirm why we have no signal in our area today TW16

  • nathanjrogers Nate 🏳️‍🌈 (@nathanjrogers) reported from Wokingham, England

So much money paid to @EE for a service that is not currently being used at all. #whatawaste

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • adamshearsmith Adam Shearsmith (@adamshearsmith) reported

@EE I'm a new customer and just had an email saying my phone bill is going up £7.36 a month. This is apparently to match the CPI (inflation rate) You do realise you don't have to match that rate. That's why people are struggling. Your now adding more to that inflation rate.

  • NiamhDeans3 Niamh Deans (@NiamhDeans3) reported

@EE Have your mobile data come to a stop yesterday it stopped for like 20 mins and service has gone again. What is going on with a increase like that your adding you should have better connection

  • Siggers69 MarkusAntonius 🐭 (@Siggers69) reported

@ConstableChaos @virginmedia We ended up ditching them because their Internet became so unreliable, and we were never getting the download speed, it was all our fault apparently!! Went with @EE through the bt network, and surprise surprise we are getting what we are paying for!

  • millymarch Milly March (@millymarch) reported

@EE No, I don’t think I need to DM you. It was made perfectly clear to me that you no longer have any plans that are within my budget/requirements, so I’ll just wait until I don’t have to pay some bs fee and then find a network that can do me a better deal.

  • sonofhal chris marron (@sonofhal) reported

The @EE customer service rep I just spoke to was so bad, she pretty much talked me out of renewing my contract. Time to try a different network.

  • dulay_suky sd (@dulay_suky) reported

@EE @pat11669019 Not true @EE . I contacted you and you gave me a generic blurb to justify unjustifiable price increases, mine being £9.78 a month. I will exit my contract once I’m able to. Terrible customer treatment during a cost of living crisis.

  • MrLCP87 Mr Bluesky🏰🐘⚽️ (@MrLCP87) reported

@EE No thank you. Sim only now ordered on a 1 month rolling contract paying £10 a month for the exact same service you want to charge me over £48 for, you see the issue? I’d urge anyone to do a SIM only and buy the phone outright from Apple/Samsung etc, they’ll even spread payments.

  • Mroppinionated Mr W. (@Mroppinionated) reported

@EE @MarcAllera @Ofcom today EE and I'm turn Marc allera has refused to take my complaint about EE services in line with there policy, in fact there executives hung up the phone on me, they have bullied me, lied to me and made me so ill I've been physically sick. #tuesdayvibe

  • SneakyBear1987 My Name (@SneakyBear1987) reported

@JamboAldo @thePHILLOCKETT @EE I think other networks are going up 3.9% to which not so bad, but then EE are just being greedy

  • nisq25 Andrei (@nisq25) reported

@EE Been on the phone with cust support. They have mentioned some services are disturbed since planned works are ahead and also some dead antennas. Still waiting for this problem to be sorted.
