WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.
