I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Lucky I knew how to disable it after all the obvious stuff didn't work. Non tech minded folk would not have known how to do that. Why did you do it?
