    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE Hi, are there any issues in SL57JX area? I have multiple users reporting that calls aren't coming through and that signal is weak. I've checked the status and saying no known issues. users have iPhone SE 2020, iPhone 13, iPhone 13+ & Android devices.
