    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    @peterd1974 @O2 @EE The ‘ Dunham dip’ everyone has problems but I’m getting increasingly dissatisfied with the lack of 4G in the WA14 area - I know it’s first world problems but when you rely on good mobile data it’s frustrating

    @MarkusGerstel @EE Paid for 3 months of time I hadn't used and asked to actually cancel this time. They asked why, given I was using so much data each month. On the unplugged, unpowered, SIM-removed device that was gathering dust under my bed. 2/2

    My god 4g and 5g on @EE is so bad. I pretty much have no internet in my home unless I have Wi-Fi(which is down atm thanks Virgin). 😭

    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @MarkusGerstel @EE Ugh. I had mobile broadband with them in about 2014. It was terrible and they double-counted data - I was paying for 20 GB but only getting 10 GB. Cancelled it, unplugged it, etc. Months later they called for non-payment - account was not cancelled after all. 1/2

    @littleredpizza1 @O2 @EE I live close to denzel gardens / devisdale and there is an acknowledged problem with EE I’m this general area when you speak to the phone shops. They have a postcode checkers

    @gordonpr1c3 @EE I've been trying to find someone too. Can't get through to anyone as the numbers are just wrong. There's no email either. Absolutely awful.
