@Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE my 86 Yr old mother had a home visit today to set up a new phone. Guy turned up turned it on and did nothing else she asked about transferring numbers etc, he told her to read instructions and use an app. Terrible service, now has a useless phone with no numbers can't use it

@jos3000 @EE I did ask about the streaming box, but apparently it’s not planned to come out here anytime soon sadly. Annoying, as I’m primarily an iPhone user but hey ho! I’d say it’s clear enough to read text on websites, and the ability to bring screens closer should help with smaller text
