@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

@EE Ee are the worst network and they are up there with 3 for 💩. Signal crap. Sims fail. Network blackspots and just CONSTANT service fails. Sort it out. Its embarrassing.

@EE Been an absolute nightmare today, my grandad got rushed into hospital earlier and with restrictions we weren't able to go with him. It's been awful because we've not been able to receive calls for updates so we don't know whats going on.
