Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE I appreciate you aren't in a position to help further and are just acting as a focal point for my frustration. The avenues suggested have merely confirmed there is a problem in the area. No timescales, just the same promise that the problem will be fixed. It has not been.

@EE I suppose I was hoping for something like "Yeah, a meteor hit the junction box and a commune of rats have gained sentience. They're preventing our engineers from getting a good look at it", something I can say "fair enough, I can wait" to or look forward to some defined fix date.

@EE You always come back with how it can be used with another ee sim so actually do some research and find out if anyone actually has two sims from the same network. Put a poll on your Twitter to see if anyone has 2 sims on ee or 2 sims on separate networks

@EE As it is clearly a problem external to my home, I am forever pointed towards network checkers and being told a fault has been found in the area, which seems to be recurrent. All I want is the service I am paying for and this has been going on for weeks now.

@EE quite disappointed at the customer service being received, was on call for about an hour thirty mins yesterday with no resolution in place ..I was advised that I would receive a call today to offer a resolution on the issue but still none in sight...called again this morning

@EE The issue here is that on your own network checking service these issues/faults are already documented and allegedly resolved. As I have previously stated. You (EE) are flagging up the problems, they are just persistent leaving me with a weekly average speed of 1mb/s.
