  @Hyperoptic engineering works between 9 and 11. Basically, I don’t have internet and I can’t work. After a rocky start, this is another bad situation. Why don’t you do this jobs during the night?

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

  Think twice before signing with @Hyperoptic . Unresponsive customer support and zero respect for clients. When moving home, they charge full termination fees even if THEY can’t provide service at your new address. Terrible experience. Stay away! 🚫 #Broadband #Hyperoptic
