@Hyperoptic you promise an activation in 15 minutes. There are 5 days I’m waiting for it without any explanation. If this is the beginning, what could it happen when I am a customer? #badfeeling

I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

@Hyperoptic Guys, we've been waiting on an installation for 3 months now; engineer never pitched today. What is going on here?
-

@Desborough9John @Hyperoptic These guys are the worst support, looks like they have only new people who have no clue what to report or log or do most of the time. I’m on day 18, engineer finally came yesterday and said someone had completely messed around with the wires in the central bit of the building.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS looks like you had changed some network policies that is blocking VPN? Is this what the reason why we're doing network maintenance? Why can't you be transparent when doing such changes?

. @Hyperoptic is literally the worst Wi-Fi service provider ever. I’ve been trying to activate my service whilst PAYING for it for over two weeks and you just leave me on hold every time I call you

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic @hyperoptic cannot start offering service to "smaller properties" soon enough. I understand their business model, but that doesn't mean that I don't miss their rock solid service every single day under "current service provider" (no names, no dog pile, but they know who they are)

@Hyperoptic I work from home. I cant work without internet. Either I have to go to office which is 2 hours one way or loose 2 weeks of pay. And there is no way to get early appointment. This is reddiculous. Extra price+installation charge still wait for 2 weeks. Help appreciated

I’ve provided all the necessary informations every time I called. Talked to customer service over the phone and chat thrice but all the false promises. I can’t work from home due to this. Hope I kept back up virgin media plan. Never knew @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic this bad.

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic Generally ISP's can change the SNR of an individual line to provide more stability at the cost of less speed. Generally something that is done for residents further away from the telephone exchange. This is VM's infrastructure though, not sure if this is within their remit.
