From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

@JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money. @larracroft @virginmedia There are lots of other options. Hyperoptic, Cuckoo, many smaller providers that have great customer service and offer better latency (ie. better streaming) and should be able to match VMs speed once Openreach Ultrafast Full Fibre is rolled out nationwide (end of 2024, I think)

@Hyperoptic quick idea: help your customers to renew with the same price, jumping 20£ a month and sending an email saying you can cancel and open a new account, I DONT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT, just leave it at the price I pay for the past 6 years. this renewal experience needs REDO.

@Hyperoptic is the worst service I have ever received. I was told my first bill when I changed would be £35 but was charged £58, I was told to just cancel the direct debit and phone up and manually pay £35, but the direct debit was taken out of my account-
