Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so.
