    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 your policy of using an out of house insurance company to take 80% off phone values for defects outside of customer control , then washing your hands of it. 11 years a customer of yours. Can't even be bothered to admit there's an issue with your policy. Just "not your problem"

    @O2 my job entails me needing it all hours especially now as a keyworker. I couldn't send it to be repaired and the issue would have happened again. My issue is the T&C absolves you entirely & penalises me financially, when you'd never have offered anything other than repair..

    @O2 I returned my item and the accessory on 11/12/2020. you got them on 14/12/2020. I'm still waiting for a refund after having to phone up over 20 times just to constantly be told to wait 5-7 days. Now I'm told to wait 21 days? What is your problem?
