    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    Having an issue this week where Monzo are blocking me from paying my phone bill on @O2 app and website and now seen @BBCWatchdog talking about @monzo and their customers suffering from randomly blocked and closed accounts. #WhatsGoingOnzoMonzo #concerned

    @O2 Just back from the USA - data was throttled to the point where it is almost unusable. I was getting <1Mb download speeds in Orlando FL despite full reception. Will buy a US network SIM in future and downgrading my 02 plan to remove the Travel Inclusive bolt-on.

    @O2 As I said I never click any links. My question was, why isn't it picked up on the server as suspicious? Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?

    So @O2 I paid a second visit to your Teesside park store today as informed by your store colleague on my wasted visit on Friday , as it would be quiet .. guess what ?? 90 minute wait and still no one in the shop and all virtual appointments Great service this by the way 🥴🥴
