    @O2 network is down yet again. This keep happening and is really not good. During a time like this People need to be able to speak to loved ones. This is becoming a regular thing now. Beyond a joke

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    As much as I love my @oneplus it sucks not being able to go into a store and buy accessories. Especially now that @O2 are done trading with them.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines wonโ€™t sort this out atm

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you canโ€™t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that donโ€™t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 Iโ€™m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly canโ€™t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever ๐Ÿ™

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. Iโ€™ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    @O2 I just had a call from 01614640771 offering me a reduction on my bill. He refused to call me "Daddy" as I requested, and refused to tell me what he was wearing, so I could "finish my morning happ time ablutions" in style". Then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

    @O2 spoke to one of your colleagues and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours that time frame has now gone by and no call, again! I'm not wasting my time sitting on hold can you please get someone to call me as promised. This is a serious issue that I need an explanation on
