Toby (@tobyd360) reported from Farnborough, England@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

Still 75k in que 2 hrs and resale tickets already on ticketmaster. Why allow 10 tickets pp when demand so high. I have no chance - Leeds sold out now. Shocking!

All I needed was a confirmation code via text and it arrived too late so i had to choose more tickets to then get an error code and booted back into the queue. Do better ffs.

Furthermore I was billed starting last week and I only put the SIM in my phone yesterday! I am using the O2 app to request the portability, the form doesn't work and no humans respond to the chat.
