    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 Thanks for the generic response, however, the issue is beyond this. Someone from O2 needs to travel on a train from London to Peterborough, and maybe further north, to test the signal levels as I suspect the cell coverage is poor or not functioning correctly.

    @O2 @themichaelowen It would be nice if I actually get to use what I pay for monthly. Service is unusable, on a regular basis I can't make phone calls, send texts or use my data because of the woeful signal. At least once a month a mast by me is down. I'm sure though o2 will take out the full amount

    @O2 It isn't just in one location unfortunately. I do not get a good signal at work or at home. Also, my bills are up to date. At work I have to leave the building and go to the far end of the car park to get a functioning Internet signal.

    @O2 I’m having problems logging into my Duolingo account to use the offer. I clicked thru’ forgot my password, changed it, and was saved in chain, but it won’t accept the new password. It said tweet your prob & this click thru was sent. Pls help TIA
