Jeetesh Luhar (@Indian_Thriller) reported from Iver Heath, EnglandHey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? Ben (@behu91) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.
-
Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Barnet, England@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

-
#HellomynameisPaul (@PaulWRamsay) reported from London Colney, EnglandReally bad service from @O2, having calls from a shop to pressure into upgrades, no really clarity when calling 202 to ask what’s going on-I think I need a new network!
