@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@O2 Hi, It's not a phone issue. The issue is with how you have ported her account over. Still isn't sorted, yesterday we were told it would be resolved it 24hrs! Yeah 🤨. Horrendous service. Luckily her relatives in the Ukraine still have data and can still contact her via WhatsApp.

@O2 The ONS don't use it as an official statistic anymore. They call it “a very poor measure of general inflation at times greatly over estimating and at other times underestimating changes in prices and how these prices are experienced.” You'd 100% use CPI if it were higher
