  • PaulWRamsay
#HellomynameisPaul (@PaulWRamsay) reported from London Colney, England

Really bad service from @O2, having calls from a shop to pressure into upgrades, no really clarity when calling 202 to ask what’s going on-I think I need a new network!

  • bks67
bridget sparks (@bks67) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@O2 I do have the app, I think I will phone the customer service team and ask them,

  • StephenKingsley
Stephen Kingsley (@StephenKingsley) reported from Islington, England

@O2 No response on Saturday and don’t understand a three letter message today - a long time for an automated service not to be working correctly.

  • Greekphotoguy
Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

  • RaviDheer
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from London Colney, England

@O2 I'm sick to death of your network. I'm trying to pay you and I can't. Now I'll wait for some fool to contact me. I give up with this pathetic network.

  • ItsMeEllisxD
Ellis Brown (@ItsMeEllisxD) reported from London Colney, England

@O2 Well it’s every time I leave Leicester. Or go to a new city.. even when I have 4 bars it’s either really slow or won’t load at all!

  • endaguinan
Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

  • jonnyrotton1989
Jon. (@jonnyrotton1989) reported from Islington, England

Right that’s your lot now @O2 I’m sick to death of signal problems & the app never works to report a problem! 10 years I’ve been with you - you used to be the best, but not anymore. Time to give @EE a go 👍🏽 #O2 #O2isARipOff #O2SignalProblems

  • gigsmad
David Donnelly (@gigsmad) reported from Camden Town, England

@O2 Went to shop to collect my phone, they were great at helping to flog cases, when I asked for help to set up, their WIFi is rubbish. I just spent a lot off money FFS!

  • Greekphotoguy
Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

  • CraigFamilyBlog
Hayley & Gavin (@CraigFamilyBlog) reported from St Albans, England

Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

  • AshleyLlewellyn

I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

  • alechendry
Alec (@alechendry) reported from Camden Town, England

@fortheride @O2 Also, try taking your network selection off automatic, and switching to AT&T, I generally find them better - but results may vary depending on pairing agreements.

  • SpenceDMark
    Mark Spence (@SpenceDMark) reported

@O2 Thanks. Yeah it helped. My phone doesnt have O2 Firmware. So no wifi calling for me. No signal from O2. So a phone that is useless. To use it I have to break lockdown and find a mast that actually works. This is 2021 in a First World nation. O2 are seemingly in the stoneage.
