Hey @O2 is there any way of claiming some money back as we’re into a second week of service disruption due to the works going on in HP5. I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.

The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

1/2 BEWARE everyone considering switching to @O2 They offer to port your existing number from your previous provider, which is really important to many, but FAIL miserably, when you call customer services multiple times, they promise a 4 hour resolution, this never happens..cont

@O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 I have had a fraud been on going since April. After being into multiple O2 shops all I have been told is to phone customer service and the fraud team I have spoke to both teams twice and then just keep saying wait 45 days. This is beyond a joke get it sorted O2

@Emilio_renzi_ @EnglandRugby @O2 Injuries are a lot less frequent during training except when Jones is involved. 2 players careers were ended whilst training with England as well as many many lasting only 1 or 2 days before he sends them back to the clubs broken.

@O2 I've joined o2 from EE. I gave PAC code when buying sim from o2 & also completed online form giving PAC code again a couple of days ago, but contract with EE showing as live (I understand it's cancelled when you activate PAC code) & number not changed over yet. Can you help?
