@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 @xandvt Twitter to the rescue again. So much quicker to rectify problems when you can send a DM to customer serv. I have had great immediate results with Waterstones, Interflora &Odeon. Lets hope @02 can deliver too. Im sorry about your friend..what an awful thing to happen

@O2 every time I call 02 to change my number I go through the options but the auto service tells me it can’t help me and go on the app or website which both tell me too call up? WTH am I supposed to do?!
