    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @lollylaura40 @samantha00861 @O2 Hi, I have same problem sky seem to have the best deal, I really don’t want to leave o2 but I can’t justify paying over £56 a month when sky will do the same for £49 and you can get money back with topcashback

    Following a recent mobile roaming incident (connected to a Bosnian network 4.5km+ from Dubrovnik airport), it did make me wonder why phones don’t have tiered roaming settings e.g. within EY, outside EU etc @Apple @o2 #roaming

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @AmazonUK I have made a large order and it has been delivered to a Amazon locker. This locker is in a private @O2 building. THIS WAS NOT STATED AT THE TIME I ORDERED! Now they're refusing me access so my daughters birthday presents are not able to be collected!!😭 HELP!

    @NaomiRedman4 @O2 @virginmedia I had this problem I put in my email address & password which I use but it failed so tried again email then clicked forgot password once I reset that and was sent a verification code once I did that I was back in maybe try that.

    @O2 Jumping from My O2 to web browser to email and back to My O2. That is an annoying experience and a stupid design just to top up. It should be all in the app, not 3 apps.

    @O2 @virginmedia ... Was here in April, no issues whatsoever ever. My account was under review for suspected fraud, this investigation was closed on Tuesday, it's now Friday and I STILL CANNOT get thru to family back in the UK because you're not allowing me to make calls...!!!

    @O2 are ignoring customers! Their profits took a dive last year so you'd think they'd treat us customers better as to stop it continuing into 2026! Mast not worked properly in over a year and no refunds paid out! A big company that can't afford to pay it's debts. Embarrassing!
