    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

    @O2 I have a iPhone mini 12, I had “live web chat” and they removed and redeployed an add on to allow uk tariffs in Europe-which fixed my issues

    @O2 your service is so terrible you need to release me from my contract, 10 months of pretty much not having a phone I can't deal with it any longer. Even if I mange to get signal the speeds are from the 90's. 4mbs download on 5g in centre of Manchester?!?! Waste of time #o2

    Just heard back from @O2 that it will cost me £232.92 to replace my phone. I hoped my 20 years as a customer & the circumstances of my being ill & in hospital would make them be a bit more flexible, but no. I am truly stuffed. I have to keep on paying for a phone I don't have.
