    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    @O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 your network is shocking! I haven’t been able to use my data for two days this is not what I pay £50 a month for😤 o2 guru isn’t even working and can’t get through to a call handler so how am I supposed to get this fixed?????

    @O2 @Emz1978uk It would be really really nice if some of your surprise boxes found their way to some very long standing customers, all we get is an annual price hike! It is simply a kick in the teeth to see new customer getting a suprise, Clearly loyalty means nothing to O2.

    @O2 the credit referral team have very poor customer service. Despite numerous emails they have not responded to my request and have not removed an INCORRECT default on my account to which they apologised for. An apology is not enough.

    @weenell3 @O2 Virgin media have got more massive NHS contracts so our data will not be safe with O2 and Virgin merging. That will cost to cancel probably alot .

    @amazonmusic I’d be happy if your bloody app would crash every time I use it. 🙄🙄 ive got free access thanks to @O2 but I’m ready to just cancel it. Tried reinstalling the app and still does it. Absolute joke.
