    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    @O2 Nothing received. When was it sent? Last message I had from you was an auto responder on 24th July stating that you’d respond to my complaint within 5 days. Have had nothing since.

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

    @O2 hi guys. For some reason you have cut my phone off even tho my bill is paid. Every time I try and ring you hang up on me. I’ve now been on hold for 45 mins and you hang up again. PLEASE sort this out as I have now been without service for two weeks!

    @O2 Can someone help please. I have forgotten my password to log into my O2 account. I have tried resetting password and it sends a code to my phone to enter. But then it always says the code is invalid so getting nowhere!

    @O2 It was via your customer service phone number. Wasn't too much of a problem, just wasn't expecting my number to stop with no notice, lucky I don't have too many people phone me. It's all working now (although still no text) confirming its moved.
