But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
