It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

Still haven't had the extra money, got told to email o2 recycle, a week on and still no reply. Poor service!!
