@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

I have just had a text from scammers pretending to be @O2 telling me there was a problem taking payment. They asked me to click on a link to confirm bank details. I didn’t. I deleted the text. Please RT and help others.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

@ackoftheclones @O2 Put a formal complaint in then if they don’t respond take it to the financial ombudsman but you may have to wait a few weeks and they will sort it out for you. Them being busy is no legitimate excuse for them not sorting it out

I tried logging in on different phones and on laptop and just had the same issue every time - looping back to the login page instead of letting me log in. @Haggisman04 @O2 @virginmedia I'm going to guess the fee free cancellation only applies if you cancel the full package - VM and O2 - as VM allow you to leave penalty free but O2 don't. If you are just trying to cancel O2 on its own the usual early termination fees will probs apply

@O2 The phone just stopped working. Customer services and in store have checked my accounts and have confirmed there is no reason why the bar was placed and confirmed it should never have been done, but no one is resolving it! I last spoke with the team yesterday & everyday prior!
