I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

Usman Younas (@usmanyounas0011) reported from Walthamstow, England@HowardGriffiths @O2 and if you are on call your call will be dropped(call failed)then it will take sometime fr service to start working again.. 2ndly most of the places getting only 1bar and very slow data browsing.. 3rdly when it connects to 3G it’s same like No Service it goes sooooooo slow 2/2

Currently I can't seem to received SMS (texts), which is a big problem for any service using that for authentication 😳 Anyone else experiencing this?

Got monthly texts saying they were working on it until Friday when I received a text saying it should be resolved. Seems ok at the mo. Maybe they knocked out part of your service to fix mine!
