But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

I wanted to replace my car not extend lease. They offered £250 ffs! Took 6 months to sort!! I have rejected the £250 total insult.

Called them to complain about the poor network signal of late and was told I need a replacement SIM as a start (when their coverage map shows an issue).
