    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    @arokorol @O2 Force your device onto an Israeli network. “Palestine” does not have agreements with most networks, and the cost per minute/byte is higher than on a cruise ship!!!!

    @o2 why is your phone coverage so awful? Been like this for over a year. Hardly any internet or phone connectivity. In central Manchester now - can’t connect onto the internet with 4G or 5G. Simply not good enough. Had to find WiFi to post this

    @O2 your data service between Waterloo and Surbiton on the SWR line is beyond woeful. Are you working to improve it or should I move myself and family to another provider?
