They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! Not just at home but around town too. Its shocking. Done all the troubleshooting and to be honest its been like it for years.

As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?
