    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    So my @O2 contract has now gone back to its normal price (which is double). Does that mean I’m now going to get double the service? I bloody hope so, cos it’s pretty sucky at the moment.

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 there is no worse company or worse customer service than O2. My son simply cannot find a way of stopping letters saying he owes money. He even went to the shop last week, she simply phoned CS and put him on phone in shop. Utterly dreadful. He wants out but can’t, DIABOLICAL

    I have been with @O2 for 20 years . Never considered any other network till now. What has happened im literally always without signal. People cant call me as the lines bad or cuts off and enough is enough now.
