@Dickster27 @ThreeUK @O2 Thanks for the tip! Very odd way to do things. May be useful for some but the coverage is awful on 3 at home too so I’m definitely off to O2.

  • gonnella
Pete (@gonnella) reported from Woodley, England

@O2 frustrating deal with you guys, 6 months of poor service. Now dealing with your networks team, you quite obviously have a coverage issue in my area. Please just let me leave my sim only contract early thanks.

  • JonLeePButler
Jon-Lee Paul Butler (@JonLeePButler) reported from Fleet, England

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

  • Thursley
Jackie Malton (@Thursley) reported from Thursley, England

  • bethanyxhewitt
Bethany Hewitt (@bethanyxhewitt) reported from Bracknell, England

Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

  • akasha303
Greg Meeres (@akasha303) reported from Twyford, England

@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

  • HarryRobertson5
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

  • Jenzy84
Jenna Christie (@Jenzy84) reported from Wokingham, England

@O2 sort out your customer services ! Waited ages and because the operator didn’t like me saying how ridiculous the service was he cut me off!!! #disgusted

  • Avigazed
