    So my @O2 contract has now gone back to its normal price (which is double). Does that mean I’m now going to get double the service? I bloody hope so, cos it’s pretty sucky at the moment.

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @O2 please help. Loyal customer trying to cancel contract belonging to misplaced / unused phone. Waited in queue for 1 hour and 8 minutes. Music stopped, phone rang then cut out. Back to square one. How do I cancel ?

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @virginmedia @O2 I have activated the volt through my 02 app and it says I’m ineligible for volt as virgin media isn’t available at my address.. yet I’ve been with Virgin media for 5 years at my address with broadband.     @O2 Hi how are you today? I’m still having problems trying to move my number to pay and go your customer service reps keep telling me that they can’t move a pay monthly number to pay as you go it’s has to be retentions. Is this true?
