@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

@O2 @virginmedia I have broadband which drops out at least 20 times a day and when it does my mobile data doesn’t work in my house (or most other places). I’ve made several complaints. Spent weeks trying to sort it out and been palmed off each time. Awful.
