@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

Absolute joke #plusnet service. Told 8 days ago they need traffic lights to repair our internet in the road. Turned up with traffic lights on Friday. Had a look for a few minutes. Then drove off. Still without a decent Wi-Fi provision from Plusnet. Shambles of a service

@Plusnet I'm used to having to regularly turn my router off and on because of no WiFi I'm used to the signal dipping to the point where my phone wants to switch to 4G even though I'm beside the router What I won't put up with is paying for a service and getting no WIFI ALL day
