    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

    Our @SkyHelpTeam Internet and phone line stop working late last night. After much troubleshooting, many resets, the earliest they can get an engineer here is Thursday afternoon. 6 days. Never mind wfh policies it's this level of service that crushes the dreams of remote working
