    Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

    Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet is now working. I presume your, I repeat, county wide issue, is fixed. My complaint, that you seem to be ignoring, is that even in the midst of a County Wide Outage your website said 'no known outage in your area' and was directing people to jiggle wires.

    @LaraInTheMiddle @SkyHelpTeam Customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Instead of paying for expensive advertising, they spent it on good customer service, they would have customers flocking to them.
