    Funny how you can do most things with your package on the my sky app but not cancel BT sport! Having to phone up and queue for upto an hour! It's like as if they make it too difficult and you just end up keeping it 🤔 @SkyHelpTeam

    Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

    @LatestMasher1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I entered my mobile number to get text updates and quickly received one a moment ago saying “we’re working on the issue in your area and will be in touch within 48 hours”!!?! It wasn’t that long ago that broadband was down everywhere and I lost service for over 4 days!
