    @SkyHelpTeam hi there I have a Sky Q ( main) Box which is makes a lot of noise at times. It sounds like a fan turns itself on for an awfully long time. It seems to be happening quite a lot & the noise is distracting from viewing. We have no issues with the other miniboxes

    @SkyHelpTeam - since the clock change, Sky+HD doesn’t record the correct time, for example: Record something at 7pm, it records fine but the planner says it recorded at 6pm. It’s been like it since the clock didn’t change a few years ago! Can you fix it please?

    @SkyHelpTeam just had a thought. Is your free data on sky apps, like sky go, based off ip address. So features like iCloud+ private relay break that. If so you really should have a help article for it
