    Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

    @SkyHelpTeam My wifi is down due to an error with the BT line but why is my mobile data not good enough to stream anything? Regretting the fact that 3 out of 4 of our phones are Sky Mobile 😫

    Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

    @OpenreachHelp No internet or landline for since 28/11 ring @SkyHelpTeam every day and they blame openreach, schedule a new appointment, no confirmation and nobody comes, escalated complaint.still no response. I work from home now having to rent office How do I get help?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am also impacted by the download problem on my Sky Q box using BT Broadband router. Download failed, item unavailable on multiple downloads from catch up or on demand Sky channels. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone to customer services trying various things but no improvement.
