@SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

The SkySports Sam Allardyce love in is making me want to vomit. I'm sick of hearing he saved us from relegation. After his 1st game we were 9th with 6 months of the season left. And there was never an attempt to catch the teams above, everything geared around avoiding relegation

@SkyHelpTeam I had a survey through from Sky asking me to rate how well my complaint was being dealt with. What’s the point of that when no-one has bothered doing anything with it? I’ll just wait and see how long it takes them to do so.
