    Woken up at a quarter past two in the morning by the silent burglar alarm app on my phone only to find it was because my broadband was down for 26 minutes. Just so you know, @SkyHelpTeam, not all broadband traffic in the wee small hours is from Pornhub. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I did and the cancellations I wanted to make directed me to a phone number which advised me of a 1-2 hour wait! Absolutely useless service.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello? I've been having problems with the Internet cutting out for the past 5 days and noone seems to be doing anything about it. It cuts out every hour for a couple of minutes. How are you meant to stream or play games online! Its becoming a joke!

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.
