Hey @SkyHelpTeam trying to downgrade my TV package but hitting a brick wall. No option on the app/website to downgrade even though the help section says there is. Currently been on hold almost an hour. Plenty of options to upgrade but not to downgrade

Yes its not half as bad as the US but we'd be daft to think rascim isn't an issue in indusrties here.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, on my sky Q box I’m have problems when downloading on demand BBC content. It says ‘failed, no subscription’. I don’t seem to have a problem downloading any non-bbc content. I have restarted my sky W box and my internet router and this hasn’t fixed the issue?
