So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

@OpenreachHelp care to explain why am still waiting for an open reach engineer 6 days on through @SkyUK internet according to them it’s open reach faukt and it’s out of their hands yet here I am 6 days later still no engineer still no internet shocking service on both parts

@SkyHelpTeam Ive spoken to the Tech team but apparently Sky cant do anything its down to OpenReach to sort. I find it insane that Sky dont challenge them when they piss about and end up letting your customer down on several occasions.

@OpenreachHelp Between you and Sky you have done next to nothing to sort the issue. You have no interest in helping the customer. Otherwise you or @SkyHelpTeam would be more active sorting the issue instead of telling the customer its the other ones fault. Blame culture on both sides.
