    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

    @SkyUK At my wits end now. Can't login as out of country, can't phone as out of country, emails not accepted, Sky's response is to login, can't use we chat as it need me to login. Thanks for making it impossible for me to make a complaint... I'll go to obudsman now.

    @hughlittle1 @SkySports Clubs had an agreement in place with Sky/SPFL to show some of their games on PPV.. No issue paying £10 to watch Rangers - who will benefit directly from PPV sales
