@SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband is always really slow, we are on the slowest (cheapest) and have quiet a few devices running of it but yesterday it was running at 1mps, so couldn't watch football on #AmazonPrimeSport

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband down in SO50 Eastleigh. Only thing working is YouTube...buffering badly though and apps that use tiny amounts of data such as Twitter. Netflix,Prime, iPlayer and others useless.

@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to both the tech support and sky q teams and neither of them were able to help. They said I should just tell the engineer on the day. I don't want to risk that as they may not have the right lnb with them so what do I do? Don't really want to have to keep phoning.

@SkyHelpTeam Stop with same standard message. Check Speedtest results, the problem started Xmas eve, I am not only one reporting issues before 28th. Hub has been reset a few times and followed online advice. You should reimburse customers as for 3+ days you are under minimum speed guarantee
