@SkyHelpTeam having continuous and constant connection errors on Sky q mini boxes. It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

@SkyHelpTeam I believe the reason they don't update quickly is to delay the point they need to start compensating. I spoke to a sky representative around 5pm who recommended I reset my router, refusing that it was a network issue and blaming the router. Thank god I waited.
