@SkyHelpTeam Thank you,but my previous tweet in relation to the test was from the fact that I ran the test because it came back with the response that either My router wasn't connected or you may have slow internet,now the fact is that it was caused by the outage

@SkyHelpTeam BB1 area still out since yesterday morning? Just the same generic "we have an issue in your area" message when I use the Sky heal tools or check the service status? lots of us work from home here and its just Sky customers impacted, either side of us are BT and they are fine?

@SkyHelpTeam My internet is still not working. For some reason I am able to connect to the Wi-Fi with my phone but on the tv, it will not allow me to access any apps or any recordings. It started being dodgy on Sunday night and then stopped working completely on Monday and not worked since
