The SkySports Sam Allardyce love in is making me want to vomit. I'm sick of hearing he saved us from relegation. After his 1st game we were 9th with 6 months of the season left. And there was never an attempt to catch the teams above, everything geared around avoiding relegation

@SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

So @SkyHelpTeam emailed me a “how did you rate our service with your problem” email, obviously due to them not solving my problems I ticked very poor on every option but still nobody has bothered to contact me or fix the problem. #sky #CustomerService
