@SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

@DJC1953 @johnmerro1 @SkySports I know what you mean but Gallagher talks complete shit. If you are a regular watcher you will notice that his explanations as as inconsistent as the referees. I would like to hear the referee's & VAR official's explanation as that is as clear cut a pen as you can get.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope & all our other recordings are fine. I agree its so weird. Box is fairly new. No issues at all to date. It's also not defaulting to recording HD. We are now recording SD and HD and the SD is OK (but makes boyf cry) and the HD does not work. We think there is a HD feed issue.
