    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

    @SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

    @SkySports Chelsea Women’s performance was absolutely disgraceful. Chelsea Women have not played well. They are embarrassment to themselves and to the fans. It was absolutely awful for Chelsea Women’s Football Club. Completely hopeless. Not good enough. Absolutely useless and beyond shame.

    @SkySports @SkySports Chelsea Ladies' peformance was absolutely embarassing. Chelsea Ladies were completely shocking today. No excuses. It was just beyond shame. Terrible peformance. A 4-0 defeat to Barcelona was a complete shambles. Utterly useless. It is unacceptible and load of rubbish.
