@SkyHelpTeam Just spoken the the rudest most unhelpful man ever at Sky. We've had nothing but problems since changing in April and when you politely try to find out where your compensation is and explain that the signal is not reaching all of your house, you get told its tough!

And Sky don’t have any legal obligation to tell you about the closure as they don’t own the channel, and it doesn’t drastically change the service that you receive.
