Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

Got to laugh @skytv’s and @SkyHelpTeam’s support. Broadband more than good enough for sky stream, problems on wired and wireless when it comes to live sport in 4k and everything my end set up correctly. Yet they point blank refuse to acknowledge issues and place the blame on me?

The more I watch football on sky the more I dislike it. Get Nev away from United games and Carra away from Liverpool games. Try too hard not to be bias, then they constantly have someone like Souness in studio chatting absolute shite. Terrible coverage 95% of time #SkySports
