    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

    @SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband has been down for well over a day, can’t get through on the phone and no other way to contact. The engineer booking we had went missing. Test my broadband no longer temporarily fixes our issue. What do we do??

    @beefchicken25 @SkySports The rules were a lot different then, and they got changed because they were poor rules, what happened 3 years ago, makes 0 difference to that decision on Saturday, which was appalling, you need to grow up, "but but but this happened 3 years ago" little ******* baby.

    @SkyHelpTeam So you think giving tickets away but not then having any control or way of updating the customer to no make a pointless trip is acceptable? Think the VIP team need to review the copy and work out how to keep customers Informed!

    @SkyHelpTeam When I asked how long it would take for my wifi to be resolved, @SkyHelpTeam told me about a customer that waited from February 2021 to be told that they cannot get service until March 2022.

    @SkyHelpTeam Home move fails again. TV set up - openreach here now but yet not router for the internet. Sent out the day before I moved, with next day delivery. No show. This should have never been sent out 24 hours before I moved house. Utter joke
