@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkySports @btsportfootball think both company’s now really have to look at who they have when they have these ex players commentating for the teams they played for, it’s horrendous how biased they are and never give a fair view on decisions when the match is on

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I'm experiencing an issue with my Sky Stream puck, I'm unable to get any channels. When I press the home button it comes up with an error message. When I check service status says no issues but definitely an issue.

@SkyHelpTeam seems to be a big issue with Glass, whatever happened over night looks like everyone is getting same error “programmes of this type or not available” and bricked the remote. I’ve tried doing the recovery on my Glass, it did a software update but remote won’t work.
