Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just checked it and it shows the last time I ordered a Sky Q mini box, no order on there for a router 🤔 the call taker mentioned there were issues with the system on sky’s end and he had escalated it. Can this be pushed through in any way?
