    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my sky is saying no satellite signal. It’s been saying this since Friday morning! I’ve seen saw that there is issues in the M34 area. Is this still the case? If so, when will it be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely Incensed! Beginning of this month I rang Sky to renegotiate my package. The Adviser did so and also offered Sky Cinema F.O.C for 1 month. Advised to ring back before end of month to cancel same. Rang back today & advised I can do but it would majorly me

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam really looking forward to my new sky Glass TV coming on Thursday after upgrading this morning. Had quite an issue trying to sign the credit agreement but thankfully to a customer service technical urgent managed it. She needs a pay rise for her help fixing it.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!

    @OfficialPuge @SkyHelpTeam Are you running the test on speed test via WIFI? If you’re having issues like this I’d recommend phoning them to test it because you’d likely be missing out on compensation at the least if there is an issue.

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
