@SkyHelpTeam I have no idea how to do that but I have done the line test and it says fault my connection went down the same time as thousands in the country fault with sky not me.

@SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

Something tells me that @SkyUK will be losing a lot of customers due to their outage, it wasn’t long ago when their was a previous outage if this continues they’ll lose a lot of money 🤷🏾🙈 #sky #SkyBroadbandOutage
