    @judythevet @FreeviewTV @SkyUK I'm sick to death of constantly turning the volume up and down on the TV. When news items switch to prerecorded stuff. Ads, especially daytime funeral plans. Do they think I'm deaf. You only had to set the sound once, now it's continuous turning up and down.

    @A_MoffatBITW @SkySportsPL @SkySports No I'm saying it how it is, read back. Look at the league table, lack of goals, results, lack of depth in squad, some of the recruitment - it's been poor. The issues go a lot deeper than who the manager is. You'd be better supporting the team than worrying about narratives

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @SkyHelpTeam Completely shocked by the customer service current being received by my husband on the telephone. Trying to sort out a problem due to a mess up by yourselves. Not the best way to treat new customers. 😡 Hoping the call has been recorded.

    @SkyHelpTeam @CommunityFibre But when I got through to broadband help team they said they can’t fix my fibre cause I’m out of contract. The upgrade team seemed lost by this when I was transferred.

    @SkyHelpTeam One option for support is not "services". It's "service", singular -if you can even call it a service. The only other option then is to pay money up front and wait 3 weeks for an engineer to turn up and tell me that I'll still get poor coverage?

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says we have detected a problem with your setup. But my setup has been the same since it was installed by one of your engineers. I just don’t think it’s fair given the current pandemic and 4 of my children are trying to do their schooling at home.
