    @SkySports @SkyFootball the sound quality for the Spurs v Arsenal game is awful. Martin Tyler and Neville sound like they are half a mile down the road. It’s as bad on a different TV

    I see skysports are including agent fees, wages, petrol etc in Haalands fee. I've never once heard the total package for say Van dijk, Allison etc.

    Really disappointed in @SkySports. Last time they did this they released one flippant apology, but here they are again doing the exact same ****. When the behaviour is innate, no amount of apology or learning is going to change it. What happened yesterday is what they represent.

    @SkyUK The internet is down in my area and it could take up to 72 hours to fix. Working from home, this is not acceptable. I don’t have an office to go to. I should be refunded money if this takes up to 72 hours like I was told as I am losing money as a freelancer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Scott, that has now allowed me to select email as communication method. The number is correct just the bad signal is why no one can get through. Possible procedure changes required when customers raise bad signal issues are probably needed.
