    @SkyUK we have recently purchased the Glass tv and package. It’s continually freezing is this a know problem or something to do with our equipment??

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My mum gave me permission to speak to them & it took around 2 weeks to resolve. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK When my mum was in a similar position (no sky ) but recently bereaved we told her to,say no to any calls for any services be it to change landline, energy provider etc. Shame you didn’t tell your mum the same as she would have just put the phone down. £110 a month? What for?
