    @SkyHelpTeam you lot need to get @GrabHireLondon director sorted instead of speaking with a negative jobsworth of an engineer who can’t do stuff and be telling him what can be done. It’s not hard to have some positive or what to do if issues happen

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been nearly 4 hours since the problems at Walkden phone exchange started and the only answer people seem to be getting is ‘we’re trying our best’. At least give people an idea of the problem and a realistic timeline..

    @Cantona_Collars @SkySports He got forward better than trippier. Played in Grealish to cross for assist and linked with Grealish who returned the favour for Shaw to assist. Problem is sterling wastes passes from shaw and does not pick out his runs too. No doubt Mourinho doing the scoring for Sky Sports!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hello. Due for sky TV next week. Been told by a neighbor who used to have sky that the communal dish doesn't get all the channels. Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing at all on mini Qbox. Problems in area allegedly ok now. Been through everything as per on screen but now there is problem with finding Sky QBox on network! Error MR104. Only had Sky for 2 weeks not happy!!

    @SkyHelpTeam really got to love sky customer service they state not everyone has a HD tv so they have to charge for HD but then go on to say UHD is free for life but not everyone has a UHD TV because that makes sense when UHD is more expensive to run than HD! Need help with price

    @SkyHelpTeam What technological differences? Why can the likes of @Netflix manage it? You’re a big company. Is it impossible to solve? Or are people who need subtitles not worth the effort? Also, why is this discriminatory gap in service not explained when you upsell people to UHD packages?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband went down a few times (6x) last Tue, Wed and today here in East London. Also, done fixes ever time it happened ‘Sky Hub is busy’ / ‘Your connection has dropped’ messages. Any particular reason why this is happening so frequently in the last few days?
