Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

The only way to get subscription down to £64 pm (just TV) was remove movies. Unreal and salt in wound tv remote can’t change volume on tv. Sky sucks.
