@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had an issue with you since Nov, raised a complaint yesterday and said I want to correspond bus email. Just had a voicemail from someone to book an engineer. You’ll realise from my complaint I don’t. It would be lovely if you listened to your customers.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

TV itself goes blank and requires hard resets constantly. No mention of atrocious Pucks. Review makes it sound half decent instead of the reality of it not being ready
