@SkyHelpTeam our sky experiencing internet issues in the BD22 area. I’ve been offline since 0900, run all the tests, checked all the cables but the sky router/WiFi box is showing orange light for internet. WiFi is green so expect this is a service fault in the area, please help

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah - for over an hour this morning. He was as helpful as he could be - but he couldn’t fix it due to the software issue sky are currently having on some WiFi boxes. These issues have been ongoing for over a month apparently - so why was I not informed of that before?
