Geraldine (@pidgepie) reported from Beeston, England@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

The router is 6 years old it might need replacing? only started happening last week or so.
