@SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

@SkyUK was there a problem with broadband in my area yesterday? Internet kept dropping every half an hour from lunch time right up until 10pm. Kept getting solid orange internet light for 2-3 mins then green light and back to solid orange.

@SkyHelpTeam hi. It appears to@be a common problem on sky community, that since the update this week, after a short time watching Netflix it crashes, then the whole tv crashes when you come out of Netflix meaning switching on and off. Really need sorting before Christmas!!

@SkyHelpTeam I've had no signal for a week as of tomorrow. I've had someone out to check the communal dish. As it's been so long my Sky Q box has died. 😩 Can't believe I can't get an engineer out until Christmas eve! Will it even be fixed then? Nightmare at Christmas 🙈
