    @SkyHelpTeam Internet going on and off for 4 days, it’s an important week with Royal Ascot. I’ve tried phoning countless times and just get a reply saying it’s not possible currently. It’s not good enough, I’m paying good money for a service I’m not getting.

    @SkyHelpTeam No.. I was told I would not be charged extra as it was the same contract! I am literally moving one street away. I’m just gonna cancel my broadband and mobile as your not providing the speed or signal I signed up for anyway.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nicole, I may have sky go, but that doesn’t fix the issue does it, nearly two weeks without the tv that we pay for is ridiculous, sky q is your companies responsibility, the way I was spoken to on the phone was disgraceful, your quick to go out and fit new customers!
