    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam . Swapped over to another package of Friday night, which looked exactly same deal as had been currently getting, but cheaper, as agreed by your staff. Now had issues with broadband dropping out yest and now today lost all connection in the middle of teams training.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, my sky box doesn't seem to be working (internet is fine). Box says there is no signal from the satellite. Tried to phone sky but there is a wait of 45 minutes.
