    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam I didn’t think it was either. I thought it was a very strange thing to say. And to be honest quite annoying. I actually wasn’t going to go ahead as I cancelled back in May due to the number of issues I’ve had & wasn’t that bothered about staying at all. I’ll send a PM
