@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your reply but on Wednesday it took 2 hours for my daughter to speak to Sky. So it’s not just weekends, I should be able to cancel in my account, not wait to speak to someone. I spoke 2 months ago and was told that’s the price of our TV either leave or pay
